| Description | You can produce a nice little jolt. You may literally have a taser (technological) or produce it biologically (mutant). This is not a natural quirk. Either way, you can zap people and things. Used for power, it's like you have a 9 volt battery you can apply to anything you touch. You can deliver about 500 mah(milliamp hours) a day this way per electric tag quirk you have, including this one. On a person or other living thing, you can expend 200 mah in a bright zap to potentially stun them. |
