Do... something at the moon. I dunno.
Location
Find a quiet corner in the Convention Center. There, you can dedicate as a Lunar Touched for 30 Mako. You get one bloodline when you dedicate, and can get more for 5 Mako each.
The current bloodlines that are available are:

Powers
Lunar Touched dedicants have the Collective Rage and Lunar Frenzy dedication powers.
Additionally, Lunar Touched dedicants do not receive a special dedication form. Instead, they can shift into any known form that falls into the category of the bloodlines they own. For example, a Fox Lunar Touched can shift into any Fox forms they know.
Additional Equipment
With so many forms to choose from, you don't really need anything special. (No coded equipment at this time)
Thematic Information
Somewhere, somehow, they gained affinity with with a particular species. Whether due to savage nature or meditation, these beings have adapted and taken in all the wonderful new forms that resemble their kin as their own.
