| In-Game Desc | This item gives you right to your own mutant power. No one else can gain this mutant power by your leave and it will not be applied to other creatures/NPCs. The mutant power can be based on any publically available Base Talent you desire(Not dedication power!). It will not have special upgrades, but can have some special talk scripting for flavor(Discuss with staff). |
