Minor Land Deed

This is a mako item that can be purchased for 75 mako in the elite shop. It entitles the buyer to set up one private area, with one room. The room's description, location, entrance, smell, and use is up to the buyer, and can be enhanced with String Parsing, though certain things will cost extra mako, such as locking the room or selling items. A private area, unlike a private room, is permanent (assuming it was made with a land deed), and does not cost mako battery. Once completed, a room's description cannot be changed without first buying a home renovation kit.
