Location
Once you prove yourself worthy somewhere in the Mountain Path area, you can dedicate to the Sun Lord for 50 Mako.
Powers
Solar Dragons can call upon a Nova Meteor to destroy their foes, whereas a Mirror Wave to reflect attacks.
Additional Equipment
As a Solar Dragon, the sun is all you need, so nothing special.
