The Kangaroo look at Tyl, "I don't sell marijuana, but I have plenty of tabaccoo, I have cigars and if you want a trade partner you've got have something that will make this roo happy, I make a nice knot with my business. I offer relaxation here and my girls and boys offer protection in the wasteland." She nods to a near by pink pandas who stands near Tyl and bows. "This is Tia. A simple pink panda she will be your server for the day, please take a booth." Westly wait for Tyl to select a booth before joining him.
Tyl nods to her and offers a friendly smile to Tia, before selecting an available booth. When Westly sat down to join him, he'd give her all of what he was allowed to offer. "Our maximum is 8000 freecredits a week for bi-weekly tobacco shipments, is 16000 for monthly shipments. We can also provide security for your business if you wish, although my superiors haven't given me full details about that... I, personally, can get you alcohol as part of an agreement if our money isn't enough." he'd purr towards her with a smile.
The roo smiles, "8,000 is a little change but I can't complain, Security is unneeded, I have over four hundered ferals working for me. Some who pretend to be feral just to monitor what goes in and out of my city. I don't deal in alcohol since a drunk person is likely to attempt to hurt my friends... Now for 8,000 I can offer you eight pounds of tabacco leaves. This is a deal, trust me and nothing is grown finer than mine due to my great staff.." She brags.
Tyl nodded and smiled happily at that, glad his straightforward, honest approach worked. "Then it's a deal! We're located on the highway, north of the hills and caves." he'd tell her while 'drawing' a quick map on the table with his finger. "Signs read 'Flag Shop' and our flags are easily seen from the road. You'll have no problems finding us, and our caravans can even meet you part of the way, if that's convenient." he'd add cheerfully, his tail swaying behind him in excitement.
Westly look at Tyl with a gentle gaze, "Now as a show of good-will I'll need your story, I can't trust a business partly that I only know what my informats have told me. So Tyl... Whats your story if you don't mind indulging and old Kangaroo." She chuckles as a pink pand walks up asking for their order. "I'll have a salad. Please."
Tyl ordered a "Whatever's popular, please. You pick." before turning back to deliver his story to his faction's new business partner. "Well, lets see, I was born in 1990 and lived most of my life in a quiet little town around the Vancouver area, in Canada. When P-day happened, I decided to come south to escape the bloodshed around my home, not knowing that going through Portland was a shitty idea. Needed to get a rescue from a group of Prometheans, ended up living with them for a few years as I was trained to adapt my mind to nanites, and then got infected with what I am today. Haven't changed since and I don't exactly know why. Luck, probably, but maybe skill? After I was infected, I continued my journey south, looking for any remaining civilization, and found Fairhaven. And, of course, Zephyr. Got into a few jobs for them, then discovered the Athapaskians. Joined them as an organizer, and decided to help them with things in this area." he'd tell her, making it as abridged as possible without leaving out major bits.
The whole time he is speaking the roo is calmly eating salad and nodding, "Interesting, I'm curious to see how you do among this city residents. I can tell you anything you want to know for the right incentive." She grins widely and look into his eyes. "How have you liked your time here so for?"
Tyl seemed rather happy as he spoke about his time here, his tail swaying about and his ears perked up. "It's been rather nice, actually. It's surprising how well off people have become around here." he'd say, looking around her place of business. "like here, for example. Or the Scarlet Rose, the Zephyr building, and the mall." he'd then list, saying everywhere he had met good friends so far. "And if information is a business of yours as well, I'm sure I'll be back eventually, although I'm satisfied with what I know now." he'd purr, before starting on his meal.
