Shock Collar/Extra Notes

The collar does not need to be worn (and indeed cannot be worn), it just needs to be in your inventory. It can be activated and deactivated to prevent triggering using use <num> where num is the inventory number of the shock collar.

In order to be activated, the shock collar requires the wearer to set a trust level of trust.TRANSFORM or above with the person triggering the remote.
