The ritual site is the Strange Sanctum beneath Arborwatch Manor. Those who reach it may dedicate for 50 Mako.
Powers
Hellhounds can incinerate their foes with the flames of perdition of Hellfire, and can wither their foes by taking bites out of their souls with Soul Burn, while at the same time invigorating themselves. Delicious.

All a Hellhound really needs is its fiery wrath and infernal flames to reap the souls of its foes!
Thematic Information
Mythical canines of folklore, the Hellhounds are often thought to be tasked with tracking down wayward souls and guiding them to the afterlife, along with other important, spiritual duties, such as guarding the gates to hell themselves. They are often associated with fire and brimstone, and, true to the legends, they have some command over the element.
