They'd riled them up alright. What was that? Bitch with a ri...oh no. No time for second guessing. He leaps out the window, dagger still locked between his teeth, and latches onto the one opposite him, on the wall of the third structure. Passing by the dispatched enemies, he whistles softly to himself and nods in consideration of the rifle's punching power. Out the third building and onto the windowsill, the jackal takes one more leap and latches onto the wall of the hotel. Scurrying up the side, he moves in through a window off to the side on the third floor. |

Phosphorus immediately darts off to the side, trying to take cover behind debris, or a bit of building, or some sort of hard cover. She ejects her magazine, sticking it back into a pouch on her vest, before pulling a fresh one and sticking it in her rifle. Nice time for a tactical reload. The panda leans out of cover, quietly, taking a deep breath, discharging her gun in two-round bursts at each target, eyebrows furrowed, stance steady. Nothing she hasn't faced before, after all -- but the threat of death always hangs over the battlefield.</div><br> <br><div title="Lizzie">"Eh, I just like talkin' and shit. Passes the time between bullets ya know." Lizzie laughed, humming to herself as the amount of fire heading towards her seems to be rapidly decreasing with the arrival of the others. "Ah, that's startin' ta sound almost like I won't get my ass shot off if I peek out. Ever been shot in the ass. Stings like a bitch." She continued to just chatter on, grinning as the regeneration finally got her leg into a decent working order. Not the best but give it a minute she figured.

+ | "I was always a Sam Adams over a Quincy. Always a good decision. Fuck, I want a drink." She muttered, pulling out a little flask and tilting it back for a small pull. "Well, might as well see if I can get another fuckin' one of em down." She grinned wide, raising upwards cautiously when she could and snapping off a a shot towards the attackers left. All in all a good day.</div><br> <br><div title="Meenah">Meenah felt as if she was really starting to make a difference now as the wound seemed to shrink with every following stitch, soft but shaky sighs leaving her lips as she did her best to keep a steady hand and not accidentally poke and prod the officer. Soon enough she was digging through her trauma kit again, taking a kneel beside the officer before pulling out her surgical stapler which was conveniently disposable after it ran out of staples. Having a cartridge of thirty which was more than enough to get this job done, without even a warning she started tracing over the suture lines with the stapler 'CLICK' 'CLICK' 'CLICK'. She went to work reinforcing the stitches and closing up what they couldn't with carefully placed staples.
+ | And before she knew it she was finished, finally able to get a good look at her surroundings noticing many of the people who'd appeared with her had moved on... She kept her medical equipment sprawled out on the ground, a still perfectly good hypo laying next to her recent patient. She slid her compact flamethrower around her back and into her hands, counting off ten hypos in her bandoleer before peeking from her cover for just a split second to make sure no one was sneaking up on them or even possibly surveying them from the rooftops. It was already a godsend she'd managed not to get shot or even grazed at this point. She flicked on the pilot light for the flamethrower and brushed her finger over the trigger's guard squatting down next to the officer and remaining alert as possible.</div><br> <br><div title="Khaybat">With that done Khaybat goes to take the guy's pewpew though whether she's being tactful or just thinks it's nicer than the little pistol she has already is hard to tell. Either way she's back to trying to catch up with Otto though who knows how much luck she'll have with that?</div><br> <br><div title="Otto">What's that noise? Ah... shit... had he gone into the wrong building? The jackal growls softly and works without thinking. He pulls a small ball-like grenade from his pouch and... well, two of them went down fairly easily. He takes a leap out the window and angles himself just right, before *THUD* falling from the third floor right on top of the man, over a hundred kilos of jackal felling the poor human in an instant, knocking him out cold. "HOLD YOUR FIRE!" Otto yells, then assuming they'd done so, leans down to pick the unconcious one up and move him off to the side for restraining. One more person to tortu-err... interrogate.</div> |

Such things had long been put behind the jackal, but still he craved that knife edge, the rush was borderline orgasmic, an addiction he couldn't shake if he tried to... and so there he was, a smile tugging at his lips, a dagger twirling between his fingers, his belt lined with malicious cocktails, needles filled with various venoms and debilitating toxins, gas grenades and other kinds of terrible tools.
The jackal was more than eager to get something done, meet some fellow soldiers, push back the feral menace and hopefully earn a scar or two doing it. It might fade, but hey... it's the thought that counts? Few would fault Otto for being too sound of mind these days anyway.
The jackal keeps to the rooftops, bounding from one to the other as he nears the meeting spot, though... what was that? Gunfire... that was definitely gunfire, the scent of blood thick in the area as he nears one of the higher structures. There, his eyes snap onto a sniper on the roof, his rifle raised to take the shot. Too slow to react to the fired bullet, Otto acks sharply as he feels the impact, his heavy armor protecting his internal organs, though that round was more than enough to put a stop to his motions. Cursing under his breath, the canine peers up at the sniper before deciding he was not equipped to make a shot that long. Not right now at least.
Remembering his primary objectives, he recalls that he hadn't been briefed on the events transpiring. Nay... he had to regroup with the rest and make a plan. This was no one soldier job. Bounding down the side of the building, he lands heavily and acks softly from the gunshot wound. It hadn't pierced his skin, but damn it stung nonetheless. Turning around, he takes refuge behind the rubble as well and peers around. "Lovely day for a warzone, huh?" he muses loudly, having picked up on the mouse's question. He'd have asked it himself, but that'd be kind of pointless, no? So instead... "There's a sniper on the roof over there!" he warns those that could and would hear him, then points up at the place where the deadeyed motherfucker that'd shot him was squatting. Peering back behind himself, he notices something. "KHAY??!" the jackal goes wide-eyed and inches free of her arms. "What... when?!" Okay... maybe having a few shots of vodka before coming here was not such a good idea... one tends to forget some things when they're... a little tipsy. One of the officers exchanging fire stops and moves closer to the assembled band, "Keep at it rookie." He says before turning his gaze to meet the agents, "At ease, Pomi. You there, mouse. If you are good with that syringe then get to work. As for the rest of you, the mission is simple. We need some back up to help take back the hotel, and make sure they didn't steal any, or at least most, of the supplies." The officer stops as he quirks a brow at the jackal that just came from above. "Sniper...those sons of bitches are not playing around." The German Shepard rolls his eyes, "Well, okay. Sniper, maybe five or so in the hotel...two on the balcony. There might be more. We need to take them out, preferably not killing them outright. And keep any fancy explosives to yourselves. You might still have noncombatants inside. On the count of three, rookie and I will provide cover fire, and you can move in, maybe try taking covers in the alleyways between buildings, or behind anything really."
The scene was now a bit more clear for any brave enough to peek from their spots. The obvious targets down the road were four minutemen hiding behind sand bags in front of hotel's entrance, with two more firing from a balcony on a building on the opposite side of the road.
Lizzie's foolhardy approach did not seem to make her invincible as she ran towards the two pinned officers. She did manage to get to the K9s, and by get we mean that she received a hit right into her thigh making her fall forward into the arms of one of the officers who quickly moved her made sure that nothing else of her stuck out of cover. "Idiot, are you okay? Do you need a hypo?"Once he was upon the nearest window, he kicks it in and crawls inside, the interior dark and abandoned, though thankfully not so ruined that one could not cross it from within. With a silent, agile step does the canine cross through, until he ends up on the third floor at the opposite end, opening a window from within to crawl out and jump to latch onto the wall opposite him.
Nimbly does he make his way into the second structure, keeping a low profile all the while he moves through the interior, not a light, nor a sound coming from him as he prowls for hostiles, listening to the gunfire outside. Ending up at a window on the same floor opposite the side he'd entered from, Otto opens it up and takes a moment to duck out of sight and determine what to do.
His hand hovers over the cryo grenades he had packed, and the smoke bombs as well... but... no. He wanted to do this right. They wanted non-lethal takedowns, and he was going to deliver on those. Remember your training, don't be afraid, stick to the shade.Lizzie on her own hefted her gun and fired, the deadly projectile breaking through a portion of the wall before hitting one of the minutemen hiding behind the windows, no one was sure who badly was he hurt, but he is no longer visible. The flying shrapnel from the broken wall also hit his comrade in the chest, the injured minuteman screaming as she fell down from the building. Well, looks like Lizzie might have just cleared Otto's path to the hotel.
Luckily for Meenah, all this commotion made sure no one was focused on her as she began treating the officer. "Ugh, thank you..." Pomi half whispered, looks like Meenah was progressing forward, making the wound appear less ugly, at the very least.
"For the Republic! Focus fire on that bitch with the canon." Came a roaring voice from the balcony. Unlike his colleagues, this pure human was glad in a fancy revolutionary uniform, with a sabre in hand and a laser pistol in the other. Looks like the leader of this raid is found.Once inside, he nears the gunfire coming from the ones unleashing a cascade of bullets upon his allies and creeps near them. *click* he pulls out a small cryo grenade and pulls the pin with a soft *flick* before rolling it on the ground towards the two.

Lizzie made an admirable job of attracting fire that wasn't there anymore as more and more of the minutemen fell. The two police offers shrugged at Lizzie, "Well...how about we talk about this later? Khaybat sat next to the comatose man, using her adept programmes as the nanites rapidly began rebuilding the missing tissue in the young man's chest.
The doors of the hotel suddenly open as three more minutemen come out, one of them fires off a signal into the sky and the three immediately jump into position to begin trading fire with the approaching officers. "You will pay for this, scum. I promise you that, or my name is not Quincy." The two-centuries-late officer said as he left the balcony, is he coming down?!
