- It's possible to turn yourself into a Muscle Hulk without vials, provided you fight in the gym and then use the fountain. Obviously you would need to do this several times unless you have a perk making you more susceptible to mutations, such as Singular or Weak Immune System, so for other players this would be a slow and tedious transformation path.
