| In-Game Desc | What a strange device this is. Simply use it to flag items in your inventory as reinforced, or not. When a reinforced item is equipped, it will drain reward tokens(1/day) and a small amount of cash(1000/day) in return for performing at high quality(+10% damage, +10% status mag). Already high quality items cannot be reinforced. Use this again on an item to unreinforce it, removing any high quality flag from it, and ceasing any future cost for that item. |
