By default, this perk lets you pick from any infection of level 10 or lower in your home city, or you can take the option to choose one at random of level 15 or lower.
- You may also pay mako to increase the level cap on the infections you can choose from. Each mako spent increases the cap by X (could someone please find out this conversion? --Ed.).
- Spending 1+ mako will give you the form mastered.
- Spending 5+ will let you start with it nativized.
- Spending 20+ will give you the recursive badge for it, plus the Recursion dedication.
