Danger Level: 5, Typical Environment: High Rise District
Appearance
A tall blue bird emerges from an alley. He has a pretty blue and green plumage, and he greets you by fanning its tail. He doesn't seems to be aggressive, though. Maybe you could just relax... and have some friendly chat... those feathers are so...beau - wait, what the hell? You don't know why you were thinking that! Surely he must be the cause of this dizziness, you'd better end this battle quickly...
Notes
Mental Attack: The peacock's attacks don't damage you, they instead weaken your mind. Once your mind is overcome, you lose the fight.
Heat: The Peacock's heat takes the form of a post-hypnotic suggestion to encourage the player to return to the High Rise District and to seek out the peacock again.
