| Description | You are a speedy thing. Perhaps you practiced extensively? Want an exact figure? Look up the fastest speeds for humans, and multiply it by your running proficiency averaged with 100%. (So say Running 20 = 20 + 100 (120) / 2 = 60% human top speed). This quirk increases your percentage by 10. This speed can and should be used elsewhere when things refer to how fast you move. How long you can run is a function of endurance, another thing entirely. Technological versions of this are likely to be a bike, skateboard, or other mobility device. |
