The Indicat is the female counterpart of the Cativa. At first glance she appears to be a winged anthropomorphic house cat with dreadlocks, but on closer inspection, it becomes evident that the Indicat mutation is in fact half-plant. The 'dreadlocks' are ripe flower colas, while her arms and legs have bark for skin below the elbows and knees. Even the wings are 'feathered' in the leaves of the Cannabis indica plant. The eyes of an Indicat have an odd lambent bioluminescence, not strong but definitely noticeable.  

TLDR? It's an anthro cat made of marijuana.
