Leaning up against a small, handmade wooden booth is a short little Welsh Corgi dressed in a western outfit. He looks like a carnival attraction recently escaped from a nearby circus; the lil' fellow wears a huge smile across his muzzle that seems contagious and looks ready and eager to pump up a crowd at any moment.
