Edel turns and follows out after Angus. The tanuki wasn't about to let him go off on his own and probably blow himself up! "What're you planning? She asks of the coyote, testing the string on her bow. "Think you've got enough explosives at your disposal to do whatever it is you intend to do?"

Redd follows the Captain outside, after a delay. "Ma'am, if I may ask, could Forkbomb and I meet with what pilots are still sane? If they're not in a form to get in a plane, I can probably fix that for them. Probably." The coyote scratches the back of his neck, as he scans the area. "If you don't believe me... I can demonstrate on a volunteer."

Razz nods To Shirai, Honestly, nto alot I have.. Illusion and Anti-Nanomagics along with vanishing, but reallly, I'm just a Feral, you wnat me to be CAnnon fodder, I'll do it, go run things between two places, fine." he the wolf Shrugs. "I was mothly here to see if I could help the.. err, trade talks-maybe experience something new.. but you want me to make a Giant Illusiary Robot to distrace the kaijus, I'll try my damend hardest.." he rubs his head "so there.. and I'm Razz, by the way." he nods. "I also have Medical nanomagics, if that helps." he adds, as an afterthought.

Angus stops for a moment to turn his attention to Edel, giving a shrug before he smiles. "Cause some shit? What else, besides. I may know a way to take care of the Kaiju situation a lot easier then just shooting now that I think about it." With that he lifts up the bag, letting it rest against his shoulder as he starte heading out into the city, on a good old Kaiju hunt.

Forkbomb just stares out the window. "Electric. Techno. Illusion nanomagics. I'd... Really rather not getting into combat. As previously mentioned, I'm squishy and can usually only really hit center mass." He stares out. "... But I bet you I can get those plane pilots going if their biology is what's causing the issue."

Shirai shrugs, rolling her shoulders as she moves off with Angus. "Fuck it, if we're moving out now we're moving out now. Make sure you keep yourself busy either way. You'll probably have something to do with yourself here or over at the front lines. Make your pick fast." The canine grumbles, taking her rifle and jogging off to make time with the pair already departed.

"And don't screw this up, stage magician." The woman calls over her shoulder to Redd in something of a deadpan, before she addresses Angus directly; "If you have a better idea, make sure it's going to be feasible to set up or let the rest of us know so we can cover for you. I don't care how genius it is, I'm not interested in any one person trying to play the hero. Never ends well and it runs a lot smoother if the rest of us know what you're doing. The transport's back there, so I'm hoping either you missed the memo or you have something else in mind."

The panda ducks over into one of the munitions depots, picking around for the desired explosives. Airplane missiles were usually shuttled around on carts and heavily tied down, so it wouldn't be too much trouble to pull the warhead off one and secure it to the cart. Phosphorus comes out, having done just that, tugging the cart around with some effort and rigging it to one of the humvees. All in decent time. "Right, then. We ought to get going."

"Right, then, I suppose we'd better get at it." Phosphorus eyes the little group deciding to go on a walk, then eyes the humvees, and decides to go with the thing that actually has wheels and moves. It'd probably be better not to waste any energy, when you can, y'know, save it for when you want to be running away from a giant lizard thing. The panda ducks into one of the transport vehicles, into one of the passenger seats, peering at the others on the mission to see what they're going to do.

Captian Cranston sighs, shaking her head. "You'll have to explain what the hell nanomagic is after this whole mess." She grumbles, walking over to the only HMMWV that didn't have a machine mounted on it, and pulled out a handset. The rest of the Marines chuckle at the silliness that was teh group. One however, sighs. "MOUNT UP MARINES!" He barks out (literally, barks. Hellhound), getting those present that weren't the captain to move and get things running. "Yankers, Jackson! You boys get to the flightline. See if you can't help missy there turn a bomb or ten into something usable!" The Hellhound in charge states, pointing to Phospherous. McGregor smirks. "Hey Boyos, you wanna help the pilots actually be able to fly, right? Well, sounds like we get to go say hai to the Navy." She says, clapping Redd and Forkbomb on the shoulders and leading them towards teh Blackhawk. As the rest get into their humvees, and make sure to pick up the others, one vehicle with the Promethean diplomat to help the Marine pilots who were apparently still feral, the quickly assembled convoy rolled out.

One of hte MArines in the Hummvee with Angus fiddles with something on their gear for a moment, before offering it back to the 'yote in the back. "Last pack of Malboro's I've found. Your's to make up for us jacking yours back then." She says, her head and body focused on the road ahead of them. The engine doesn't sound overly happy about the state it's in, but that's likely because of hte nanite degregation. "Fucking weapon screwing up anything more complex than a damned rifle..." The driver said, slamming his fist into the speedometer a couple of times, before huffing. "Who the fuck makes a damned weapon that turns people into other things and eats away at electronics and shit?" He growled.

As the RSX Blackahwk lifted off the 'pad', Hernandize looked back at the pair. "So, I'm gonna guess ONE of you has the whole shapechanging gig? Cause sounded like those pilots were blacking out from G-Forces. And since navy birds are launched via catapults off hte deck, they hit some pretty high G's for a short runway."

"Well, you know we're riding there, right?" Edel says to Angus, raising her brow. "We should probably go back to catch the ride!" Of course, it's not long before the ride catches -them- and she mounts up in the humvee. "And I have no idea, but it's awful, isn't it? Life would be so much better if I could still have a working game console and a television, let me tell you. The days get boring sometimes back in the city!"

Forkbomb folds his lips back into his mouth for a moment. He then points at Edel. "Remind me to show you something when we get back to Fairhaven, Edel." He then points at the good Captain. "Not sure if it's under corporate NDA or not. But I can show you if the jets have something wrong with them!"

"I do, I've been doing it so long it's basically second nature now. Seven years. Not that it matters too much." Redd shrugs, "I'm assuming they'll want human, mostly, unless they've modified all the oxygen masks and helmets." The coyote watches the trucks drive off, his mind apparently distracted by Coyote only knows what.

Razz Frowns as Shirai apaprently Ignore him after a question. The wolf shrugs and sits, mostly silent during teh ride. "so... " he asks the group he was with. "anyway want me doing anything with them? I'm an adept, have illusion anti vanishing and medical." he nods "i mean i doubt I can take down a kaiju.. but you wnat me to try distracting it and I will." he nods again.

Angus flashes Edel and Shirai a smile before the Humvee comes and picks em up. "Well, there goes my nice walk." He teases before tossing his bag in and taking a seat. When the marine gets his attention he's leaning against the window, bored while in the vehicle until the smokes are pushed in front of him, making his ears perk as he looks to them, then her. "....Appreciated, but you keep em." He answers, putting his hand on her and gently pushing it back. "You and the others managed to pull one over on me, and as a coyote I respect that." He answers her. She'll find her hand is a bit more full then when she offered the pack to him, another almost full pack of cigarettes in her hand along with the nearly empty one as the coyote rolls down the window a bit and lights the one he had pulled out while talking to her.

Shirai rolls her eyes at Edel's comment, eyes narrowing for a moment as she takes a somewhat caustic tone as she slips into the vehicle. "No, the mass disappearance of loved ones and livelihoods wasn't bad, wouldn't be nice to have them back; the fact you can't walk more than a few blocks without being jumped by some brainless ferals and assaulted or raped if you can't defend yourself isn't and never was an issue, but having no more video games to play is the real tragedy. I'm glad we have our priorities in order. Do people even pay attention to what's going on here at all? I swear, it's like nobody takes this seriously."

Stretching and leaning back into her chair, she shakes her head, muttering under her breath. "No thoughts about the city having been stripped for food over the last eight years, no thoughts about the issues this is going to have in the long run, no thoughts about the corporate exploitation from Zephyr and company. Creature comforts - fucking creature comforts - is what people complain about."

Looking back to Razz, Shirai takes a deep breath. "As I said, Razz. Medical will do good at the front lines if there's any casualties. At the bare minimum that's something you can do. Maybe when Angus here spills the beans on what he's planning, there'll be some more nuance." She says, tilting her head in the coyote's direction, before she adds - "That's your cue to explain what the plan is, by the way."

Right. Explosives. If they take care of that, that's one thing done. Hopefully they have some bunker-busters or something similar, because even several meters of earth and concrete can't stop one of those. The panda appears to be in a humvee all on her lonesome (minus the driver, of course), which provides valuable time to clean and check her weapons. Which she does. Very much so. There's a lot of weapons to check, y'know. It passes the time until they actually get there.

Forkbomb gives Shirai a quick chuff. "Oh, don't do that. Don't you understand how this works? You focus on the shallow, lame annoyances because the horror of the situation in it's entirety is so /large/ that you can't really encapsulate it in an easy way. And if everyone could, /everyone wouldn't stop crying

The Marines snigger at the by play of those in the back between Shirai, Angus, Edel and the other guy. "Just don't hurf in here huh? I don't wanna get stuck cleaning it." The female says, smirking. The convoy rolls down onto the I5, and the Marine manning the gun goes from laid back and practically pissing in the wind, to alert., jacking the first round into the M2 mounted on top of the HMMWV. The female picks up hte radio. "Alright people, eyes on a swivel. We're in injun country now." She says, putting the handset back. "What'da think the pool's gonna say about this trip huh?" The driver asked, glancing over. Teh vehicle Angus and gang had gotten into was the head of the convoy.

Phosphorus however, was lucky. She only had TWO marines with her, and she was only going to the actual flightline for hte base. So it was pretty quick for them to get to the location and roll out on their trollies the 10 500lb bombs. "So... I've never done EOD... How the flying fuck are we supposed to rig these bastards?" the one called Jackson asked, looking between Yankers and Phos. "Hell if I know. I'm a mortar man, not EOD either." Yankers replies. "Dude, this is just a bigger mortar!" "Bullshit!" Seems Phos has her work cut out for her.

"NDA ain't got shit to do with it. Classification does. And chances are, you're not gonna get a chance to look at the guts of an F/A-18F to tell if something's wrong with it. You can at the very least give them a glance to tell if there's nanite damage." McGregor says, flying towards where she recalled seeing the naval group being located roughly. It isn't hard ot miss the fleet, surrounding a pair of Tarawa-class amphibious assault ship which looked like while they did have fighter craft, they were in no way prepping for launch. "Damn, looks like the Marines were joking." Hernandize says, shaking his head. "US Navy Group, this is RSX Helo Alpha-One-Gulf-Charlie. We're here to assist. Requesting permission to land" McGregor said into her mic, waiting. "US Navy Group, this is RSX Helo Alpha-One-Gulf-Charlies. Requesting permission to land, we are coming in from Azimuth Two-Zero in order to render assistance." She says again, looking over at her Co. As they near the fleet, the guns of the various anti-aircraft weapons ARE pointed at the Blackhawk, but they aren't getting shot at YET. "Wait, flags... Right... I'll get you guided in John." Hernandize says, starting to give directions as he follows the instructions HE was getting from the... yup, that's a squid on deck.

Edel tilts her head to the side, seemingly unbothered by Shirai's comment. "Weeeell. I can't bring them back, now can I? And besides, -my- life is juuuust fine now. I've got food. I've got a family that I can keep safe. Given all that has happened? -My- life is pretty fine by comparison. And that's what I'm looking out for. Me and mine. I'm not under Zephyr's thumb anymore. I carved my bloody path to happiness. I'll offer others a hand when they need it, but I'm not going to blaze a trail for them. In the mean time, we look out for what we can to make our own lives better. Comforts. Normalcy." She shrugs then and leans back, looking towards Angus. "Yes, what's the plan?"

"Well, might be doing more than a few changes among the crew, looks like... I'll hold onto the nanite grenades, just in case, though." Redd watches the squid on deck. "At least they don't have to worry about drowning, looks like."

Razz nods at Shirai. "not utterly useless then!" he chuckles and nods "Yeah, Shit out in teh city, Zephyr sucks. blah-blah. honestly? Fuck that, I live day-to-day" he nods then blinks "Welp how long before something gets us?" he asks, taking a deep breath.

Angus rolls down the window as they get onto the road, hearing the crack of the M2 loading as he sticks his head out to take a look. Turning this way and that to get a lay of the land before pulling his head back in, and tossing the butt of his cig out into the air. "So far the biggest issue with the Kajiu's is that they don't know jack shit as to why they are here, and why they are so hostile right? Can't interrogate them if you can't keep them contained, and hard to contain something so big." He shrugs his shoulders, propping one foot up on his knee as he starts rubbing his hands together. "We get close enough to one, I can tag it and give them a husky to question instead." He opens his hands at that, giving them a wave with a smile as if that would help explain the situation. "Should make it hard for them to change back long enough to restrain them. If they are intellegent enough to speak we ask a few questions. If not we go from there and fill some rather large shallow graves."

Shirai rolls her eyes and scoffs, tone still even, though decidedly less scathing. "Yeah, and it's people like you that put us into this mess in the first place. Real noble of you. But then you wouldn't know much about the meek, would you? No, keep looking after you and yours pretending the rest of the world is beneath your help. Keep pretending it's not worth giving help to people that need it, that it's not worth preventing trauma for innumerable people just becuase it doesn't directly effect you. Ignore the fact that the assistance of someone that's managed to get shit done in teaching others how to do the same would repair a lot of the damage done, even if there's precious few that care - you're really no different to the rest of them if you want to live in your own private world and ignore what's going on around you. I won't pretend I agree with that sentiment but there's no point in arguing. I'm not going to change your mind - seen enough like you to know that."

looking back to Angus she shrugs. "Depends on if they can be kept down for any meaningful amount of time." she replies, tone returning to businesslike with the cadence she'd first had when starting. "I might have something for stunning them depending on what their fortitude's like. Won't know until we're there, and I'd rather not pull any stunts unless I absolutely have to. Even the least sane of Ferals don't fall for the same trick twice."

Forkbomb stares out the window of the Blackhawk, looking bored. "So. You ever watch cartoons as a kid? I think there needs to be cartoons and stuff like PBS again. Teach the kids in adult bodies stuff about life." He leans towards Redd. "Hey, Redd. C'mere. I wanna tell you something."

Phosphorus sighs at the two marines, exiting the humvee and going to inspect the assortment of bombs. Big load, should be pretty damn effective on whoever it blows up near. "Right. Well... treat it like a mortar, at least. That is, don't knock it over. And don't hit it too hard. It should be fairly safe unless you hit it very hard." She sighs, rubbing her forehead and nearing the marines once more. "Right. So, two things. Do you guys have an electrical kit with some kind of electronic timer, and is there any way we can latch this trolley onto the humvee? Quickly, please. We'll need to rendezvous with the other team."

"I recall seeing the guys who handled arming the aircraft able to hook 'em up to little cart thingies and drive 'em from storage to the aircraft they were loading. As for electrical kits... You'd need to ask someone else. I'm Mortars, and Jackson there is TOW's." Yankers says, shrugging. JAckson sighs. "I can rig up a psudeo-timer, but I would recommend you be damned careful about it. As in we don't hook it up till AFTER we get it out there." He says.

Meanwhile, in teh convoy. "Oi, how 'bout you two bitches shut the fuck up and leave the arguing back at whereever the hell you damned well came from huh?" The Driver growled, glancing back to get his point across. The other Marine huffed at the term 'bitch', but didn't say anything. As the radio crackled a moment, she picked up the handset. "Who the bloody fuck is rolling a convoy down I5 right now? I didn't put a call out for reinforcements yet." Came a voice on the other end. "Sir, this is Lieutenant Brigger, we're escorting the diplomats to the hot zone as they requested the chance ot help, and better understand what we've been dealing with." The Hellhoundess says. "You have got to be fucking kidding me. We don't need any limp-dick useless civies out here!" The voice on the other end growled. "I'm just following orders Sir. Captain Cranston agreed to it." Boy this chat was all kinds of fun. "FUCK! Alright fine, but we're keeping them well away from teh front then! I sure as hell don't want to explain to the General why we let the diplmats get turned into fucking smears!"

As the Blackhawk landed, the majority of hte crew appeared to be amphibious creatures of some sort or another. Most of the ones that were 'squidified' appeared to be the kind of folks who had roles on the ship that NEEDED a bunch of hands for. The of course, the three albatrosses that jogged out to find out who the hell was sending a bird this way (ha, bird puns!) were in flight suits. "Welcome to the USS Nassau! I don't know who the hell you are, but you better have a damned good reason for landing on a US Naval ship!" The lead albatross says, calling out over the slowing 'thump' of the blackhawk's props.

Edel grins at Shira, ears perking. "Oh, I do plenty of helping. You just never noticed it because you're too busy being bitter. You've never seen a helper quite like me though, I am sure. I solve things in my own way. Solved things. In another time. But yes, we should stop arguing before we annoy the driver." she says with a wink and a quiet laugh before turning her attention towards Angus. "That's not a bad plan. I like it! I hadn't considered trying to mutate them into something smaller, but that would certainly make them much easier to contain."

"We're here to get your pilots back in shape for flight. Anyways, Captain Cranston said we should head here if we wanted to help get ya'll airborne again." Redd thumbs at the blackhawk. "Of course, if you'd rather let fifty foot monsters destroy your homes, we can just head home and leave you to it." The coyote watches for reactions. "After I fix up your airmen, I can help with anybody else not happy with how this godawful mess left them. If you want a demo, I'll provide one."

Razz nods and shuts up, looking the marine over. "so.. this is what your nanites made you, huh?" he frowns abit. "Atleast your still you, most of our bubble went SEx-Crazy" he shakes his head "mostly huskies..I swaer it's.." he frowns "Whatfucked up person makes a SEXpocalipse..." he sighs and grumbles. "Bah, I should focus on Being ready for giant monsters."

Forkbomb claps his hands together. "We do, sir! We're from a Joint Task Force in Fairhaven on a diplomatic mission on request from the Marine Detachment up a ways. My name is Shawn Krakowski, this is my friend Redd, and we're here to get your-" Don't say birds don't say birds "-planes up in the air again. Me and my compatriot have a treatment means of ensuring that they have the physical prowess they had before the weapon dropped. If you can get your pilots all in one orderly mob in front of us, preferably in an enclosed area, and get their promise that they won't engage in intimate relations with any of the infected, or touch any bodily fluids thereof before flight, we will get them back in working order to fight the Kaiju threat. I can personally also help with any repairs needed on computers or other likewise installations. Is this an agreeable situation to you, sir?" He was tempted to hand him a cup of coffee in the future to ensure that he was, in fact, the commanding officer of the ship. He heard that they can hold a coffee cup like a gyroscope, never spilling a drop even if the ship they're on is doing it's best washing machine impression.

"Cry me a river, down in front. You here to do your job or not?" Shirai deadpans. "Though you might also want to tell 'em that we're heading down because not only do these guys want to help, but your liaison wasn't at the camp we touched down near to brief us, and Cranston decided we'd have better luck finding a higher up at the front lines. Makes sense?"

Looking back to Edel, she shrugs. "You wouldn't have noticed I've done my share either. It's not a matter of being bitter, more one of principal - I prefer getting things done so there's a future for whoever comes along later and opportunities for those that aren't 'mine'." The canine waves her hand, flicking out her knife and checking the edge for good measure. "Did you want the last word?"

Shirai looks back to Razz for a moment. "... You're certainly among the most lucid of ferals I've seen. More sane than some of the supposedly 'normal' agents." She notes, running a finger across the flat of the blade's edge. A file is procured, evening out a tear in the metal. "Really, it doesn't matter about who caused the mess so much as who's going to clean it up, or who's profiting from it at the expense of others."

"Get us back into... WE'RE FUCKING BIRDS!" The pilot at the head of the three squaked at the two. "The last two times we tried ot get into the air we blacked out!" He states, gesturing to the aircraft lining the deck. "And what teh fuck does intimate relations with 'infected' or... We were attacked by some new kind of bioweapon nearly a decade ago! How the hell you and the pilot of htis bird you just landed with managed to avoid getting changed is beyond me!" He squaked again. Yup, lots of bird puns open for the taking here.

"Yes Sir." The Lieutenant Brigger says, putting the handset back down. Glancing back at the 4 she shrugs. "I'm putting money down you all aren't gonna listen to the Colonel in this matter, are you?" She asked, only to yip as something exploded nearby. "AMBUSH!" The MArine in the turret yelled, rotating his turret mount around to open controlled fire into the direction sporadic fire was coming from. "FUCKING RIOTERS!" The driver growls, spinning the wheel and swerving the vehicle around the new pothole. "I still want to know where the fucking hell they had all these damned RPGs hidden away!" He growls, gunning the engine (which REALLY didn't sound happy about that) and tearing down the road as rifle and pistol fire pelted the lightly armored vehicles. "I mean, rednecks with guns, sure! Rednecks with fucking rockets?!"

"Nah," Edel says, shaking her head. "No need to." With that, she looks towards the others, setting her hands on her hips. "Ambush?" How lovely. She snorts and braces herself for what she's sure will be an inevitable rough ride, keeping a tight grip on her bow.

"Fine, demo it is. I'll demonstrate on Shawn here. To bird and back again. Just to prove it." Redd sets a hand on Fork's shoulder, the human almost immediately beginning to change. It doesn't take long until a gryphon stands where a human once did. "And my point is, it ain't hard for me to turn em back to human. Should be just fine on the catapults then." As the coyote finishes speaking, Forkbomb is already well on his way back to human, the fur and feathers already gone.

Razz blinks "wait hang on WHAT?! there arnt just Kaijus?!" the wolf suddenly grins, nodding "hey, if we need to have a pit-stop i'm all for slicing off arms and shit!" he nods "seeming MORe relaxed now they were in trouble "also, Yeah Shirai, i am a feral and i'm more.. coherant than most.. took awhile to get this way.." he shrugs.

Angus grabs onto the frame of the vehicle as it lurches, his other hand digging into the fabric of his duffle bag. "hold on kiddies, time for a bumpy ride!" He manages to get out between cackles, if this was a helicopter he would be terrified, but on the ground? The roar of the engine and the clatter of guns just makes him smile a little bit more.

Forkbomb lifts his arms for the demonstration. He then gained, then lost a lot of feathers and fur. He was used to it at this point, but, well. You never really do get used to breaking all your bones at once, you just sorta get a tad numb to it, especially as an adept. "Yeah, so-" Voice didn't sound right. Look down. Still breasts. SIGH. He points at himself and goes back looking the way he was, starting a bit at Redd. "You missed a spot." He sniped before setting up. "Sorry. Like we were saying, me and my friend here are more than willing to give you all back your human shape. Or, hell. Anything we know how to do that can still fly a damn plane. And, uh. Grab your manpants, because it will be painful."

Shirai ducks back as the explosion is set off nearby. "Good. If you did I might've missed it over the RPGS." She replies, grumbling quietly as she slides her knife back to its concealment, pulling a pistol from its makeshift holster and passing it to Angus, picking up her laser rifle and holding it at the ready until something enters her field of view to fire on. "I know you know your way around a pistol. Fire on hostiles if you get your eyes on them. I don't have being hit with a high explosive round on my list of things to do and I'd guess that goes for you as well. Less people firing on us the better chance we have of getting there in one piece."

The driver was experienced, and damned good at the wheel, swerving the convoy through the weapon fire though it wasn't without many MANY pings of bullets striking the frame of the vehicle. But as they finally passed though the outskirts of San Diego's city limits, the fire slackened. Then again, it didn't take long to see just how totla the destruction was by these Kaiju, as on their left, the remains of La Jolla came around the bend. "Welcome to San Di-fucking-ago." grumbles the driver. HE kept the vehicle on the I5 for a while longer. "Colonel, Lieutenant Briggers. We encountered a rioter ambush on the I5 near Solana Beach. Only 1 RPG fired, but multiple small arms, unable to determine type or count. No injuries reported." She says, taking a few deep breaths before putting away the handset. "Fuck I hate the I5 Road these days."

"OH MY GOD!" One of hte pilots says, turning to the side and dry heaving, clutching at his stomach as they watched Forkbomb get shifted. The head had to swallow a few times, but he looked ill. "How... what the fuck are you!?" He finally managed to get out, though there were clearly a lot of people who were... disconcerted by teh display Redd did. McGregor finally stepped out of the Blackhawk and cleared her throat. "Survivors of the 'Weapon'. Up furhter north, things are a bit hairer for folks, and well, the weapon gave others access to different skills and abilites than would be normal." She says. "Just, be careful okay boyo? Some might be more resistant to form changes than others. Not by choice, but by nanites."

Edel grimaces at the sound of small arms fire, sighing. "Well, as long as we don't take a blast head on, we should be fine," she says, glancing around before looking towards the driver. "So, what's this about rioters? Is this not the first time this has happened?" She asks, making sure all of her things were accounted for and not jostled loose.

"Now, I want an honest answer. How many aircraft are actually airworthy? Or remotely close to it. Fork and I can fix minor things on the planes, with a few tricks. I'll fix up as many pilots as you've got aircraft that you're willing to arm and launch. Then you can strafe the hell outta those monsters." Redd smirks at the 'what are you' question, having somewhat expected it. "Just a guy who stuck his muzzle places he probably shouldn't have. Not that it ended badly."

"I should also mention, it might not be permanent, but it'll last long enough for you to get airborne and maybe land again." The coyote adds quickly.

Razz Sighs "shame no Fun this time." he shrugs. "WElp, time for me to be Moderatly useful against Kajus...Oh..I can also get some wings and Fly-if needed..." he nods "I feel i'll be better off Distracting teh Kaijus while you lot do... whatever it your gonna do..mostlikly .. murderizing it.. or something." he nods to Angus. "unless any of you Have any sepcific orders for me?"

Angus sticks his head out while they are in the clear, already giving Shirai her gun back. "You call that firing, I've seen better winged shots from a granny with parkingsons you fucks!" He shouts, making sure to cup his hands over his muzzle so that they can hear him before pulling his head back into the seat. "Hm? Well we gotta find a Kaiju first."

Shirai returns her rifle to her side, accepting the gun when it's handed back. "They must've graduated from stormtrooper academy." She deadpans in response to Angus's own quip. "Good that they were so bad at aiming, though." The canine shrugs; "You know the main reason we're here was the diplomatic mission. We still don't really know the specifics of what they want. First priority's getting to the higher-up so they can full us in. They'll also have a better idea of the local lay of the land. Should make it easier to set up your little plan." She replies, tone back to businesslike and even. Looking back to Razz, she shakes her head. "Not until we have a plan. Stay close until then, if you really want one. No sense in sending you off when we might need you for something important."

After much dillydallying about with getting the explosives with the other marines, the panda is finally ready to go. After gathering the bare essentials. That is, an old broken laptop. Electronics contain timers, which would probably work a wee bit better than whatever the hell the other marine planned on jury-rigging. A bit of wire, a stripper/crimper, and a wire cutter, they're good to head off. Maybe someone with techno can refine the setup a little more. Phosphorus urges the transport to depart posthaste, because this took an excessive amount of time.

Yankers gets into the driver seat and grimaces. "Jackson, you make damned sure that we get get ambused. I hate the I5, but it's the only route we got for any kind of speed." He says, turning on the engine and getting it into gear. Jackson nodded, climbing into the gun turret. "Hey Panda-Lady, you wanna make sure the bombs don't get knocked out of the cart, yeah?" He asked, as the vehicle started moving.

"Every single time we drive down the I5. And we know they're rioters cause they sure as hell ain't no military that might even be remotely hostile to the United States." Lieutenant Brigger says, sighing. "IT's half hte reason we're gotten desperate enough to seek help where we can. And since there's practically no law and order beyond what we can bring into place ourselves, and it's tenious at best." She says. "And if your plan works Guy, hell fucking yeah. It'll be nice to work on helping people instead of fucking watching things getting ground up."

"Every bird you see on the deck is flight worthy. The ones that are metal. Every pilot however, is not flight worthy." The lead pilot says, growling. "I'm still not sure how the hell you could do that, because that sure is not something that's natural or normal... But if you can get us airborne again..." The pilot leaves off.

"I see," Edel murmurs, rubbing her chin. "I knew things were lawless out here, but to attack military vehicles? They must be pretty crazy. Or desperate for something. Sounds like they have plenty of ammo though, so I doubt they're after that."

"I'll fully agree it ain't supposed to be normal or natural, but after seven years of it, I don't have to think too much about it." Redd shrugs. "Would you like to go first? I can't promise it'll be pain free, but I can do it all at once or slowly, your choice." The coyote holds his hand out, waiting for the avian pilot to take it. "And it ain't gonna kill ya, in any case."

Razz nods to Shirai. "you got ya." he Grins "and, for the reccord, while i dont have ranged weapons, i have some.. ranged.. nanite abilities." he nods again, look at Edel. "Yeaah, who attacks a Army Veichle... And they have rockets, theyd' be damn useful against Kaijus..."

"Bunch of pussies who can't hit shit." Angus answers, reaching for another smoke, leaning out the window to watch the buildings roll by while looking for the Kaiju. "Heh, don't call it a god send just yet. You'll still have to deal with whatever thing I change them into. Easier to deal with, but not exactly harmless." Staring out for a few minutes, he puffs some smoke. ".....We should stop at China town, probably Kaiju central."

Shirai chuckles. "Yeah, just find the part labelled 'downtown Tokyo'." She replies to Angus, looking back around for a moment. "So," the wolfess asks, addressing the Lietenant. "Do you know where we can find a higher up to ask about the resource manufacturing situation or are we going to have to wait for them to turn up? I'd like to get this done before the rest go Kaiju hunting."

Having said her piece to them, she looks back to Razz and nods. "They'll come in useful. We'll have to engage the Kaiju at range. Too large for direct combat anyway. Go for any soft parts. Open mouth, eyes; if they're big enough we might even be able to get shots in through the ear if someone has the balls to set up on a building and risk getting dropped however many stories down. We'll see what Angus's plan to drop it is and assist as necessary. We're looking to stun or incapacitate. Doesn't matter if we blind it since we're going for a speaking one. Deafening can mess with the ability to speak so try to avoid that if you have any relevant abilities. Makes sense?"
