| In-Game Desc | This item creates a new recipe or recipe modifier of skill level 25 or lower. Two can be used to create recipes of up to level 50. Any recipe created is instantly known by the purchaser. It is staff's discretion how it will become available to the game.(For sale in NPC shop, quest, rare drop, etc). If your idea for a recipe/modifier is not accepted and you can't think of another, the item will be refunded entirely. |
