There are some dozens of Hares of Hare Town mobbed around a makeshift stage, some shouting out threats and others are fighting among themselves! Seems that something has them quite riled up! The Mayor is trying to calm them down but is having little success it seems...
Selina approaches the villagers, addressing the mayor, "Sir, you appear to be in charge, what is the situation here? I recieved a report of a disturbance on my com unit."

Acuri is laying in the midst of the scuffle, tempted to snack on one of the hares but manages to refrain from doing so, instead working his way through the crowd toward the mayor.
Reyna skitters her way into town. She had responded to the call not out of any real concern for the town and its crisis, but more that, as a recoverig feral, she wanted to watch people and observe them. With a rather neutral expression, she watches the m ob. She didn't care to get involved just yet. She could see a few other outsiders moving through the sea of hares. They could take care of it.
Herma was having an easier time of things, mostly since there are small subcultures In hare town that give a bit of sway to those that were herms and those that were of 'large measurements' So Herma's progress to the mayor wasn't so much pushing through the croud as it was asking to make way. "Excuse me. Comming through ... Hey Jhoney, Ooh Call me some time man."
The mayor sighs as the crowd chants, "Down with the Drakes! Down with the Drakes!" etcetera etcetera, he looks to Selina and nods, "We uncovered a diamond drake nest in the construction, they were peaceful enough at first... But now they've taken some children!" the Fenrir Wolf is given a relatively large berth to move with and Reyna is mostly ignored for the moment, as for Herma? She was given a few looks but not many
Selina nods to the mayor, "Very well." she looks to the others, "Would you accompany me to reobtain the missing children?" indicating Herma, Reyna and Acuri. "I believe other considerations should be secondary to that, at this moment." Looking to the mayor, "Are any of your people willing to assist us, and able? I would not want to endanger anyone incapable of fighting.
Reyna was hungry. Should she maybe take one of the rabbits on the fringes of the croud? She hadn't had rabbit in a bit. She was just as likely to have taken one of the children as the drakes were, really. The massively endowed rabbit was quite fascinating, but for some reason she was more drawn to the human. The beast...frightened her a little. She nods silently to the human's suggestion, and waited for further information on where to go.
Acuri licks his lips as he looks at the hares briefly. "Of couse I can accompany you, provided I get something to eat. Its been a long time since I've had something in my belly."
Reyna adds "Agreed." to what acuri says.
Herma looked at the wolf and smirked, pointing to a large bulge in hir pants. "Seriously, if they wanted the taste of Lapain, I would a gladly offered some of fluids to the drakes. But eating our children is just going too far. I'm sure I'm the father of one of the missing children, Sie's a herm just like myself."
The mayor looks at Selina and nods, "Thank you greatly... We need them relocated as well, so this doesn't happen again." a few Hares pipe up with "I'll go!" Three of them to be exact, the mayor nods to Reyna and Acuri, "We have plenty of eggs, you can have as many of those as you can eat..." He hmms? at Herma and nods, "Thank you, the nest is just to the east, past the pond."
Selina nods, readying her power armor. The nanite-powered suit "exhales" as it conforms to her body, clasping around her wrists and forming a pair of sturdy gauntlets. A thin visor deploys over her eyes--light flashing about, giving her tactical readings and nanite levels. "Thank you. If you would, when we find the children, the three of us will hold the enemy at bay while you collect them. It probably wont be that easy, but that should be the basic plan... Is there anyone strong enough to form a good defensive position between the children and the drakes?"
Reyna nods to the mayor and responds "Three dozen." No please? Bitch.
When Selina asks about good defensive positions between the children and the drakes, Herma raises hir hand. "I have an idea. I purchased this thing from Zypher that allows me to hold people inside my womb. I got it so I could pull double duty as a living APC." Herma says while patting her body "the drakes would have to litterally tear through me to get to those children."
The three hares, all male, nod to Selina with an, "Aye aye Ma'am!" they start to lead the group as they listen to the conversation, the mayor looks to Reyna and nods, "Once you are done retrieving the children, you'll get your eggs." one of the hares that are going with the group blinks at Herma, "Oh? Good idea!"
Selina nods, "That seems like a good idea. My name is Selina by the way, what are your names? So I can call for you in a fight." looking to Reyna and Acuri, "What do you think you would be best at, in a fight with drakes? We need to protect the children while Herma and the rabbits rescue them.
Reyna found herma's modification interesting. She agreed that it was a useful feature in terms of keeping things safe. The mayor's requirement of rescue before food irked her. Would she not work better with food inside her? She voices this opinion to the mayor, and reasons that if they don't give her the eggs now, she'd eat one of the others. Maybe that one rabbit that was coming with them? After Selina makes her request and question, she responds. "Reyna. I could perhaps assist with my webbing? I also have a weapon." She gestures to her pistol. It...probably wouldn't do much good.
Lifting a paw, the Fenrir flexed his claws. "My name is Acuri, and I don't very much have need of a weapon but I do have a pet diamond drake, it might be of some use in a pinch."
Herma giggled a bit and actually looked a bit flirty and shy "Ohhh my, I don't remember telling you my name, but you know it. Do I really have a reputation reaching that far?" Herma gave a wink as sie struck a sexy pose of spreading hir legs a little bit while pushing out hir breasts.
"Tod." a grey hare speaks up, "I'm Tim!" states a white hare, "Eh... I'm Sam..." says a black hare. The mayor sighs at Reyna and pulls some eggs from his pocket, "Here, take these then... I was saving them for lunch." he hands them to the Arachne. The three hares nod to Acuri and Tim wonders aloud, "Maybe we could use it as a decoy?" the other two manage to sneak a look at Herma as shi poses
Selina :nods "The fact that it's a drake especially may help." She starts off, letting the hares point them in the proper directly towards where the drakes headed with the kids.
Reyna reaches out, and takes the eggs without a thank you. The first one she gets, she cracks and empties into her mouth. She waits while the others plot how to do things, eating her eggs while she does.
Herma pulled the three rabbits into hir bossem and kissed all three of them on the lips "Ohhh you three are so brave to help, I promiss, when we rescure the childen you can crawl up safely inside me too." Herma chuckled and followed with a spring to hir step
