As a recap: Angus, Firecracker, and Otto are in a room with Ricardo, a mall rat who seems to be kicking back and taking it easy, cool as mall rats are wont to be. Arris, Zophah, and Ebreus are in a side room watching the proceedings via closed-circuit camera, likely unbeknownst to the rest of the team. Ricardo - who was being sought by Zephyr - has just made mention of the team looking for 'his girl', likely one of the mental mice, potentially one of the ones involved in the coordinated attack on Zephyr some time back. The team goal is to get Ricardo's help in finding the nesting ground of the mental mice, so that Zephyr can determine who coordinated the assault; it definitely wasn't the mice themselves. Standing orders are to gather intel about the location of the gathering point, preferably without jeopardizing relations with the mall rats, and report back for further instructions once said intel is confirmed. Astara and Fenris have already returned to Zephyr to report on progress so far, so the group of eight is down to six.

"You heard right." Otto replies as he nears the rat, his paws tucked into the pockets of his tunic. The rat was clearly looking to get right to the point, and this was good news for Otto. He was never one to mess around, and getting the intel as fast as possible would just be so great! "Or so I presume. We're after the lot that coordinated that attack on big Z a while back. Any information you can provide, we'll take right off your hands and be on our merry way." the canine flashes a charismatic smile, hoping for all the best. He felt a bit out of place among the rats, though he wasn't about to let that show.

Ebreus takes a few steps so that he has a better view of the screne. He seats himself. He looks over to Arris as she offers to pick up something from the snack bar, "I could use a soda. Root beer if it is available." he says. He removes the chicken and chese from his head and removes a piece from each to eat while he waits for the soda.

Zophah stands focused on the task at hand, knowing she isn't that good at negotiations. She watches and listens for any bit of infomation that would help, hoping the task would succeed quickly.

Arris hastily picks up a bottle of generic-brand root beer, a bottle of iced tea, and a bag of popcorn before following Rod into the room. From there, sie finds a chair in the CCTV room, curling hir fish tail onto hir lap and resting hir hands on hir fins politely. Seeing Rod following the last Agent into the room, sie leans into more of a slouch, crossing one leg over the other, passing Ebreus the root beer as sie watches the scene in the interrogation room.

Angus crosses his arms a bit, looking to Otto as he starts asking questions before he could, he quietly closes his mouth, and steps back a bit. Curious to see how Otto deals with the situation as his ears flick back and forth.

"You didn't say anything about taking off his hands before, Toey, but okay, I gotcha!" Firecracker stagewhispers to the coyote as she hovers beside his head, clearly loud enough for everyone in the vicinity to hear, before giving him a wink. She turns to the laid-back rat at the table and slowly flies over to him, speaking as she moves. "Alrighty, you heard my partner here," she says in a faux deep tone as she gets closer. "And I'd listen to him, see? Cause we're just tryin' to make everyone happy, right?" She gets right up in front of him before grabbing the collar of his shirt and shaking vigorously back and forth, "WHERE IS SHE?!"

Ricardo - Ricky, if you ask Rod - crosses his arms over his chest and smirks up at Otto. "C'mon, ese. You've gotta know it ain't that easy." He shakes his head and tells the trio. "Nah, man. See, Tina's a good girl. She's got a good heart, right? She's just mixed up in some shady shit. So if I'm gonna give you what you want, you gotta give me what I want first." When Firecracker grabs his shirt, and shakes him, his tail lashes behind him in agitation, and he tells her, "Hey, chica, hooves off the goods. One lady at a time." Peering at the others, he tells the group, "You gotta go get her for me, man. Get her away from that shit. When it all comes down, I want her safe in my arms, you got me?" Rod looks at the trio watching the show and notes, "Ricky's a good kid, remember. And he ain't wrong. I met Tina once. She's got, uh, a good heart. You gonna lend a brother a hand?"

Otto grabs Firecracker shortly after she starts shaking the rat, and tries to keep her off of 'the goods'. "Sorry bout that, Cracker here's a little volatile." the coyote snerks, then clasps his paws once the deal was offered. "We're not unreasonable, sir. I am a family man myself, so understand that I quite well understand your concerns. You can't get something for nothing, this is quite true, so unless the others have anything against your stated terms, you can consider the job as good as done." the coyote states confidently and looks back towards the others in the room.

Ebreus accepts the bottle of root beer with a, "Thank you." he tears off another peice of chicken and eats it before sipping the soda. "Want some chicken, or chese?" he asks as he watches the interrogation. He facepalms when Firecracker speaks and touches Ricardo. He raises his head from his palm as Rod defends Ricardo and Tina. "Rod, have you ever heard the phrase: 'The road to hell is paved with good intentions'? Ricky and Tina might be good people but the group Tina is with has done some terrible things. Ideally they'll be back here totally fine once we catch the mice." he replies.

Zophah listens and watches, doing the exact same thing. This sounds simple enough. Pull someone out to keep them safe. There is nothing she wants add, so she just waits and keeps focus.

Arris opens the seal on the iced tea. "So we just gotta make sure Rick's girlfriend gets out of this alright, huh? Hope he tells us what she looks like soon enough." Sie gives Zophah a nudge. "Still got those paralytic poisons on you? We're gonna need them." Arris takes a swig of iced tea, glancing down at it and swirling the bottle, before quietly remarking to hirself: "Hm. Could use more lemon."

Angus raises a brow as firecracker tries to pull off the tough act, amused at something so small trying to act tough as he turns his attention back to Ricardo. "You'll need to give us a description. Something to go off of you know." He answers matter of fact as he waves a hand around as he speaks.

Firecracker releases Ricky's collar, holding her hooves up in suggestion of her innocence as Otto pulls her away. "Fine fine, alright, let's make a deal then!" she offers, dropping down to the table to pace back and forth on all fours with her deepened voice. "We'll get your girl, but we need some things from you to make that happen, right Gussy?" she indicates the other coyote in the room with a forehoof before going right back to pacing, accenting a few choice words with a stamp against the table as she walks. Her words come out like orders as she speaks in that gruff tone. "Right! So here's what's gunna happen. You're gunna tell us (*stamp!*) where we're goin'. You're gunna tell us (*stamp!*) what we're gunna find there. You're gunna tell us (*stamp!*) who we're lookin' for. You're gunna tell us (*stamp!*) what she looks like." She swivels in place, stamping a hoof on the table once again as her faces the rat more directly, now in the middle of the surface. "Aaaaaand most importantly!" she raises a hoof accusingly at the rat, "You're gunna tell us what you mean by 'When it all comes down'!" She goes back to pacing back and forth, as she gets back to her regular rhythm, "Cause I think you're not telling us everything! And you wouldn't want to lie to me, would you? Come clean and maybe, just MAAAAYBE, I won't have to call in those guys from the other room to rough ya up a bit! You think I'm bad? I brought over a twelve foot tall, three thousand pound cat just to deal with rats like you if they wouldn't cooperate!" She stops her pacing to look hard at the rat, "So what'll it be? Fess up or meet Big Bad Ebbie?"

Rod glances up at Ebreus and answers, "You gotta be real, man. When Z gets a hold of the mice, it's gonna be a damn war zone. No surprise he doesn't want his girl in the middle of that." A moment of thought passes, and Rod adds, "Tina's tough, but she ain't THAT tough. And she's gonna look like just another target to them, feel me?" Ricardo doesn't seem to have taken Firecracker too seriously either, more worried about his clothing than any violence. "Can't miss her, man. Just head up to the northeast in a while. Look for a mouse kickin' a bunch of cat ass. When you think you got her, just tell her, "Tiny Tina! Ricky says to come home, baby." This comes in a sweet singsong tone. "She'll know I sentcha. Oh, and don't get on her bad side, you got me? Girl's got a temper." Ricky rolls his eyes at the miniature pony and tells her, "Listen, chica. When Z finds out where the mice are - I ain't stupid, I know you're with 'em - what do you think's gonna happen, huh? They're gonna fuck 'em up real good. I want my girl safe. You don't wanna deal, it's cool, I'll get her out myself somehow." Firecracker is slowly but surely ruining the bargain!

This was the point at which Otto just covers his eyes with his right hand's thumb and index finger. "Oy vey..." he sighs quietly and listens attentively to what the rat was saying, hopeful that all was well in the end. "No no. No need for that." Otto suddenly waves his hands defensively, grabs Firecracker by the tail and pulls her up and off of the table. "My friend here is just reeeeeeally enthusiastic about our job is all." he snerks and bounces the pony a few times by her tail "A little TOO enthusiastic some might say." he adds before releasing her. "Rest assured, Zephyr Inc. has every intention to keep the good relations with the Mall Rats, and as such we are EXPECTED to show a LITTLE RESPECT." he glances over to Firecracker, before returning his gaze to Rickardo. "We'll relay the message and bring her back safely. That's a gentleman's promise and a work contract if you wish it to be, so long as we get what we want upon our return. As for what Zephyr does once the perpetrators are uncovered, well I can' really make any promises there. The most we can do is ensure the one you care for is returned to you." That said, the canine adjusts his cuffs and looks towards the others "Unless anyone else has any more questions?"

Ebreus looks to Rod and nods slowly as Ricky speaks during the interrogation. "I understand. There'd be hell to pay if harm came to my mate." he says. "I'm sure you can be real too, you said she's tough. Is there anything we should know about her Ricky ain't likely to say?" he adds.

Zophah shakes her head at Firecracker's antics. This was no time for playing. But at least she has a phrase to tell Tina so everyone doesn't get into trouble. Should be easy, if no one messes it up. Still nothing to add.

Arris rubs hir snout and face as Firecracker begins to give the rat some choice words, taking another swig of iced tea. "Which one of us agreed to let Firecracker do the negotiating again?" Sie stands up, putting down hir bottle and making for the exit. "I'll go remove her from the interrogation room." The gator exits the security room, speedwalking back to the interrogation room and poking hir head in. "Oi, Firecracker. Rod tells me they're hosting a free pie-eating contest down over in the lobby. Go show 'em who's boss."

Angus shrugs his shoulders as Otto looks at him. "I don't work for Zeyphr, so." He answers, leaving it at that as he watches the pony get bounced, shaking his head at her before hooking a thumb at them. "ALso don't stick me in with this lot man, They don't make straight jackets small enough for them."

Firecracker is quite easily lifted and bounced by the tail, hanging upside down in Otto's grasp as her wettened heat is made quite apparent now that her large, poofy tail isn't covering it up. Even as she is bounced, she continues to stare hard at the rat, and even still more after she is placed back on the table. When Arris comes in, her ear flicks towards the gator and she starts to slowly walk the length of the table, still watching the rat with her slitted amber eyes. "You're lucky I'm needed somewhere else, Pally!" she says gruffly to the rat as she moves, leaving a wet little trail of drippings behind her before she hops down to the floor. "You finish up here, Toey," she calls over to the standing coyote without taking her eyes off Ricky as she walks backwards towards the exit. "I'll be watching you," she threatens the rat, lifting a forehoof to point at her eyes before training it on suspect, still walking out on three legs. "But for now, I have some pies to eat... No one eats pies like Firecracker!" she finishes as she makes her exit, slowly sliding out of view in the doorway.

Ricky looks up to Otto and Angus, choosing to completely ignore Firecracker for the time being. "Arright, man. We got a deal." Fistbump, hand-clasp, palm-tickle, pound it out - how many 'shakes' can Otto get right? He'd better know at least six different ones. Regardless, Ricardo returns to taking it easy, giving the team a chance to do their jobs. "Hey, do a brother a solid and keep that thing on a leash, man." he mentions, pointing at Firecracker. "She's loco, in the not-cool way." CONDEMNED. Declared definitively not-cool by a Mall Rat. Ouch. For his part, Rod looks up at Ebreus and shrugs. "Mostly just what Ricky said, man. Don't fuck up, don't get on her bad side, watch for a mouse kickin' ass. Oh, and don't surprise her. Kinda got a hair trigger. We cool?"

Otto does indeed fist-bump Ricardio, nods and simply says "Dope." turning tail, he waves at the others to follow and heads out of the room. They were to head to the upper levels and move northeast until they bumped right into Tiny Tina. Hopefully she would be as easy to find as Ricardo made her out to be...

Ebreus nods, "Don't sneak up on Tina, noted. Yeah, we're cool." he says. He rises to his paws and walks out of the room adding, "Thanks for helpin' Rod." He heads toward the room Ricky was lounging in, intending to meet up with Otto's half of the group partway between the two rooms.

Zophah makes her way out the door, intending to 'get the show on the road' as it were. She's starting to get bored with nothing to contribute, which is just making her heat all the more apparent to her.

On hir way out, Arris drops by the back of the Pizza Jam, looking around briefly before picking up a packaged apple pie. Sie unpackages it before putting it down on a paper plate, before taking it and another bottle of iced tea out with hir. Joining up with Otto's group, sie opens the new bottle of iced tea and begins drinking.

Angus shrugs his shoulders as Firecracker is labled uncool, not really his problem as he turns around and starts heading for the door. "We'll find your girl, and I'll send her home with a bottle of whiskey for the both of you." He calls out over his shoulder before opening the door and heading back out to the main part of the mall, waiting for the rest of the group before heading out.

"Okay! Where's the pie eating?!" Firecracker asks Arris quickly, dropping the tough-guy interrogation act as soon as she is out of the room. Her wings spring to full extension at her sides and she gets right to rubbing her juicy thighs together with every step as she seeks relief from her rapidly-progressing heat. "And does anyone wanna eat my pie too?!" she calls out as she wiggles and wobbles after the others towards their next destination.

No member of the team is prevented from reconvening, the group given free reign over the mall...well, as free as any Zephyr agent gets, anyway. Even now, the other rats are too cool and disinterested to take much notice, swapping idle chatter with one another and taking it easy. A few simple supplies aren't enough to make a big deal over, though there is a subtle suggestion that Arris is being watched; there might be a fee if too much more is grabbed. The sun is still relatively high in the sky, but it looks like afternoon hours are setting in. (Thank goodness somebody installed a skylight in the mall before the nanite apocalypse.) Assuming that the group heads out, it's a bit of a trek to northeastern Fairhaven, giving the six some time to discuss strategy, opinions, theories...or just mess around.

No messing around for Otto. The moment the entire party gathers up, he relays the instructions he'd received and gestures for them to head out towards their destination. Once everyone gets moving, he goes on about what they can expect. "Ricky says his girl is quite the fiery one. Volatile, combat-savvy, likely won't look to kindly upon a pack of strangers out to drag her off somewhere. Not sure what we can really expect over there, he didn't spill about that, despite Fire's best efforts to squeeze info out of him about it. I doubt it's a set-up. The rats wouldn't risk pissing Zephyr off, eh?" he looks around, glance wandering between the various members of his team "Even so, keep your guard up, and if you see her, try try TRY not to provoke the girl, alright? We were given orders to maintain good relations with the mall rats on behalf of big Z and pissing off Tiny Tina sounds like a one way road to disaster. Still, weapons at the ready." It went without saying that all of Otto's arsenal had been long since primed and ready for action.

Ebrues smiles and says, "That whent well." once he meets up with Otto again and they make their way northeast. As they walk he says, "We're dealing with telepathic terrorists and the Mall Rats right? They might try to engineer a falling out between the two factions." After a minute or so of walking he comments, "'Tiny Tina.' Anyone know if the Mall Rats consider irony cool?"

Zophah makes no outward efforts, just moving along with everyone else. Her large fennec ears swivel to pick up the sounds of the city, an unconsious action born from necesity. At least it provides a good distration from her heat.

Arris glances over to Firecracker as they leave the mall. "They ran out of pies. I won the pie eating contest. I ate almost all of the pies. Except one." Sie holds up the pie plate over hir head, almost begging to be taken by the small winged pony.

As the group begins to make their northeast, Arris lets out a quiet yawn. "Got it, Otto. Uh, also, Ricky said that Tiny Tina would be over in the northeast, 'kicking cat ass' or something, right? Let's hope that doesn't mean she just beats up the Cat Town residents." A brief pause. The gator leans towards Zophah. "Hey, you alright, Zophah? You've barely said a word since we got to the mall."

Angus starts to whistle a little merry tune as they head out, unzipping the duffle bag hanging off a shoulder to draw out a well made Thompson submachine gun. Lifting the barrel to the air as he whistles he pulls out a drum magazine, slotting it in with a click before grabbing the bolt and drawing it back, his finger on the trigger guard. "I'm glad I don't work for Zeyphr honestly." He states once more, lowering the gun with the barrel pointed at the ground. "Because in all honesty someone is definitly trying to screw with their relationship with the Mall rats."

"W-wait up!" A voice calls from the distance behind them all, a generously proportioned foxtaur galloping up with surprising speed... well, Astara's made her way back, it seems. With all the extra bulk she carries, slowing down isn't the easiest thing for her to pull off -- the jiggling taur has to trot past them and circle back around, out of breath. "Sorry about that, had to... take care of a thing." Her face is blushed.

Firecracker leaps up with a few strong flaps to land right in the apple pie with a little squish. She immediately goes to eating away at the dessert. While she takes large bites out of it, more squishing noises are made via pie on pie action, the little pegasus seeking to get as much pleasure as possible from the gooey treat as she humps up and down into the gooey filling. When Astara shows up, she looks up from her eating, gulps down a large bite, and asks, "Was it sexy funtimes? Ya wanna have sexy funtimes with me too?" She then goes back to eating and humping away! *Squish squish squish!*

The customary sounds of the city can be heard in the background: moans of pleasure, animal sounds of combat, the occasional breakage of this or that...but as the group forges into the far northeastern section, the population of alley cats grows more and more dense. Most of them know better than to challenge a team of agents, mercifully...

Otto takes a look at Angus' firearm of choice. "Nice." he comments with a smile, then reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small pouch. It was full of jelly beans! The coyote pops one into his mouth and chews for a while, clearly enjoying the taste. "Oh, yeah. I made these before we all arrived for our briefing. You folks want one? Should help ward off those mindfuckers' psychic mumbo jumbo." he offers the pouch around for anyone who wanted one to take at their leisure. Once Astara arrives, he turns to face her and yips happily "Hey! I was wondering where you'd disappeared to!" he beams, then offers her a jelly bean as well.

Not a few feet further down the road, Otto's pointed canine ears perk up as he picks up on the sounds of fighting, and what he could only interpret as the pained feline yowls. His paws immediately reach for his semi-automatic machine gun, drawing the weapon from his hip to hold it tightly in his right paw, and putting away the jelly beans with his left. Hopefully whoever wanted one had taken one by now. "Shhh!" he hals the group and gestures towards the nearby alleyway. "Sounds like what we were told to expect alright. Cats getting their asses handed to them. Nice and easy, now." he instructs, checks the state of his firearm, then proceeds towards the Alleyway. Pressing his back against the wall, the canine peeks around the corner and checks the situation.

Zophah shakes her head. She says to Arris: "Sorry honey. Didn't mean to upset you. This whole thing seems fishy but i don't know if it's just me being overly paranoid." She gives Arris a kiss on the cheek before snapping alert at Otto

Ebreus examines Angus' firearm with admiration, "Thats a nice weapon. Almost as good as a kalashnikov." he comments. Ebreus shutters as Firecracker humps the pie as speeds up ahead of the group a bit. When Astara jogs up to them he says, "It's no problem Astara." Upon hearing Firecrackers continuing pie-huming he gets a bit further from the group. He looks back as they begin to enter the 'cat' part of town and says, "Lets put a little focus into the task at hand. Ricky would be pissed if we got into a fight with Tina."

Arris gives Zophah a nuzzle in return. "If you need to quell your heat, I think I can use my tentacles as we -" Sie reacts to the sounds about the same time Otto motions to stop, pausing briefly before slowly pulling hir rifle off from hir back and motioning to Otto. "Do we do that Tiny Tina chant call thing now?"

Angus looks over the jelly bean between his fingers, shrugging and popping it into his mouth to chew slowly. As his gun gets a compliment he chuckles. "Well I usually give out Kalashnikovs, but a lot of people order pistols in .45 acp so might as well make something that uses the same rounds you know?" He answers, shrugging his shoulders. As Ottot calls out and presses against the wall he flicks his ears, reaching back under his duster to flick the switch on his Rev unit, feeling sparks of electricity jolt through his system as the electrodes fire up against his body, as he starts walking straight down the alleyway.

*Squish squish splat squish!* The pies colliding continue to make rather lewd noises as Firecracker eats and humps away. When more treats are offered, the pegasus opens her mouth wide and rolls out her tongue with a loud "Aaaaahhh!" to signify her desire for the other treat as well. With the jelly bean eaten, pie slurping resumes and humpings continue. The heated pony hardly seems to care that everyone else is gearing up for combat while she fucks and eats out a pastry at the same time!

Astara simply had her laser pistol in her hand... this was not a mission that called for some nice, toasty, poisoned ferals. She peered at the jelly beans as Otto offered them, but seeing as Angus took them with no ill effects, she swipes it and pops it into her mouth. "Well, uh... I suppose we're ready?"

Now that they've been pointed out, the sounds are much more noticeable amidst the din of the city. Battle sounds, weapons being swung, yowls and squeaks and other such animal noises echoing into the afternoon air. Having actually headed down the alleyway, Angus will find something rather interesting just past where it turns off to the left; the others, guarding the entrance, find no special disturbance. In fact, none of the ferals seem to want to come near the area.

Otto blinks a few times as Angus just waltzes his way right into the alleyway. Either the coyote was stupidly heroic, or heroically stupid to be doing that given what they'd been told. Bullet wounds were such a pesky thing after all. Once the other coyote disappears within the alley, Otto follows, his weapon held close and his eyes and ears wide open for any signs of encroaching danger. He hoped there would be no trouble in the end...

Ebreus follows the Coyotes into the ally. He looks back at the remaining group and says, "Ok, time for some professionalism." hoping Firecracker would get the hint. He then looks back and while steping as quietly as a 1&3/4 ton taur can walks down the ally straitening out his posture readying himself to negotiate or intimidate as the situation calls for.

Zophah pulls out a shield drone from her bag, ready to activate it should combat start. Hopefully it doesn't come to that. She rounds the corner to look for Tina, hoping to meet her quickly to hurry up the mission.

Arris just watches, aiming down hir sights through the alleyway. Sie waits a little, before lowering hir scope and feeling the side of the buildings. "I'm gonna try to scale myself up, get a good vantage point."

Angus whistles at the show he's found, Ricky gets points for honestly catching him off guard as he lowers the barrel of his gun a bit, bracing the stock against his hip in case he might need to rip off a few rounds into the few cats remaining before he talks. "Uh, scuse me?" He states, waving his right hand a bit as he raises his voice. "Don't mean to butt in on your game of cat and mouse here kiddies. But Ricky sent us, and I'm afraid he'd be a bit downright miffed if you hurt his girlfriend." He comments, his right hand going to the front grip again as the barrel stays pointing down quietly.

Astara just waits at the outside of the alley, her body flush against one of the buildings, peeking her head around the corner. More people are down there, the more likely they *all* get trapped... let alone multiple people of her size.

Firecracker stays in the pie tin on the gator head as the group moves down the alleyway, still humping away as she chews the last of the goo she's licked off the container. She pokes her head up and looks around to whatever she can see while in said vantage point.

The others will quickly find what Angus has found: five male alley cats surround one mental mice, but it doesn't look at all like they're winning the fight. Two more of them are lain out unconscious, skulls bearing significant dents, and the reason why is clear: there's a mental mouse back here all right, but she's six and a half feet tall and festooned with muscles like a bodybuilder, wielding a fire hydrant like a mace. She does NOT look happy with the cats, not one bit, and the team's arrival is heralded by her braining one of the tomcats and taking him out in a single strike. Four. Four male alley cats! Ah-ha-ha. And then Angus speaks up, and the mouse turns to look at him, murder in her eyes. That sure looks like a battle rage. Astara might need to be made aware of the situation if things get out of hand, but there ARE half a dozen agents present...well, five, with Arris slowly but surely scaling a building, albeit with a bit of difficulty. Okay, four; Firecracker is really just eating and humping, but has free and clear access.

"Seven fucking hells..." Otto comments once he stands beside Angus, his weapon still firmly in his grasp. A low growl escapes his throat as he looks around. Cats, he didn't like cats, not one bit, especially after what one of the damn fuckers had caused his boyfriend at big Z. If it were him, these wastes of fur would be riddled with bullet holes by now, but the gargantuan mental mouse seemed to share his sentiment, even if her weapon of choice was rather... primitive. "Hey you! Rickie sent us!" Otto speaks up loud and clear, then clears his throat and chymes similarly to how Ricky had done so at the interrogation room. "Tiny Tina, Ricky says to come home, baby!" loud and clear for all to hear!

Ebreus walks closely behind the Coyotes and after Angus' statements he prepares to recite, 'Tiny Tina! Ricky says to come home, baby.' but Otto beats him to it. Still seeing the fire-hydrant wielding bruiser he runs through the mental activation procedure for the use of Electrical Assault Nanomagic while he adjusts his hand-positioning on his greataxe readying himself to cut and electricute his way out of a fight should it be necessary. He smiles to the giant mouse and says, "I think the cats are about done playing anyway."

Zophah stops, waiting and ready for what may happen. She is doing a lot of nothing this mission... but her main concern right now is making sure no one gets hurt. Well, besides the cats already flat on the ground unconsious.

Arris gets into prone position on the top of the roof, aiming down hir sight at the scene between buildings, but not about to fire yet - hir trigger finger rests on the guard. Sie keeps the crosshairs trained on the alley cats, about to call out the 'password' before Otto does it for hir.

Angus holds up his right hand again and just starts wriggling his fingers in response to that glare of rage, flashing a smile that would rival a sharks in greeting! "Hello there miss, as they've said your boyfriend Ricky is looking for you at the Mall." He answers, his ears perking up as another cat is downed before them, pointing at them. "And while I'm sure your play toys here are fun, wouldn't you rather have your Rat in your arms? I'm sure you'd be getting some intresting squeaks out of him in your hugs." Almost wanting to ask how many times she's put his hip in a cast by now as he holds the smile.

Firecracker finally notices the scene below as she reaches the rooftop with Arris. Suddenly, the humping stops and the pony moves forward to the edge of the container to watch with more interest. "Hmph... I'm all sticky... Again..." she says rather flatly as she stands up on her hindlegs and starts brushing herself off with her forelegs, shaking her wings off as well. As she cleans herself, bubbly suds form on her body as she scrubs away with her forehooves, aiding in her cleaning while she watches the people on the ground.

Astara blinks as she watches 'Tiny' Tina hunts the hunters; she glances up to make sure Arris is fine above, and then glances around to make sure no one is going to get a jump on them... being flanked wouldn't end nicely.

The mouse girl - okay, mouse herm, as all mental mice are - glowers at the group, splitting her attention between you and the group of cats...but Otto's words drain the anger right out of her. "Ricky...?" she asks, before hearing the words again. Ricky wants her. She looks back at the cats and looms over them, teeth clenched, whiptail lashing behind her as she begins to lay into them in earnest. BAM! POW! She's fast and hits like a freight train, laying into the group of felines. Three! Three ca- er, two! Two ca- and off goes the last one standing, on a tear like its life depends on it (which isn't quite wrong)! Panting loudly, left with an absence of opponents, she lets the fire hydrant fall to the ground with a loud CLANG! that can be heard even outside the alley. She doesn't quite radiate an aura of 'safe to approach', just yet.

Otto watches with great amusement as the many felines are flattened and introduced to a world of hurt. "Oh, her I like." he snerks and looks back at his group. "Fucking cats, anyway..." he gives Angus a nudge and looks back towards 'Tiny' Tina "As we said, Ricky is the one who sent us. He wants you home. We are supposed to... take you there?" the coyote ends uncertainly, then looks around. It looked more like she was the one who would be doing the taking, given her size and massive bulk. The coyote carefully puts his weapon away, remains on alert, and puts his paws where they can be seen, trying his best to be as non-threatening as possible.

Ebreus smiles down to the giant mouse, half his height and likely a weight class or two lower than him as well, he wonders to himself if his having come in a feline form will be a problem but he does his best to not appear to be a threat to Tina. Athough he tries to appear non-threatening he remains ready to electrocute an enemy on a moments notice but he does relax his grip on the axe. He does he best to make room for the Coyotes and Tina to pass him in the narrow allyway. Seeing Otto handle the situation as well as he would he keeps quet.

Zophah steps aside, knowing the Tina will likely be running home to Rick as soon as possible and she does not want to be in her way. She puts the Shield drone back in her bag, still not activated. "Oh, we need to ask her about the Mental Mice. Can someone ask her before she runs off?"

Arris watches as the cats are dealt with. Ouch, definately not how sie would want to go down. Or at all. Sie takes the soggy paper plate off of hir head, tossing it over hir shoulder before looking through hir sights back at the mouse.

Angus is nudged in the ribs, flicking his ears back and forth a bit as he takes a step out of the way and bows a bit in amumsment. "Also, would you happen to be able to give us directions to the rest of your Mental mouse friends please?" He asks, flashing hat same smile.

Firecracker steps off the soggy plate as Arris pulls it out from under her and tosses it aside. She steps onto Arris's head instead as she continues to observe, ready to spring into action should the situation require it.

Astara flinches and turns away as more cats fall. She shouts "We don't mean any harm!" in from her afar-position.

The mouse girl looks at Otto with a twitch of her whiskers and a slightly pouty bottom lip. "I wanna see Ricky." Simple, direct, and hard to mistake. She lumbers toward the group, then looks off into the distance, toward the southeast. "But I gotta go home..." She doesn't sound happy about the idea, not one bit, especially with the prospect of Ricardo on the horizon. She looks a bit sulky, even a little angry, though she doesn't look like she's about to lash out at anyone present...with the possible exception of Ebreus. A margay taur is still a cat, just a very different sort. He gets a scowl as she begins to walk past the group, begrudgingly heading toward the mouth of the alleyway. "Don't follow." she sighs. Over her shoulder, Angus gets a dark, dark look for his question. "No." As she approaches Astara, she peers at the fox, watching her actions while attempting to pass her by.

"I..." Otto tries to say something, torn between ensuring their objective was complete, and not angering the monstrous mouse. The coyote shuts his maw and looks around, unsure what to do. "Well..." he dusts his tunic off and adjusts his cuffs. "Job well done?" Perhaps someone was stealthy enough to follow her and see where she ends up? He wasn't about to outright suggest it while she was within earshot, ofcourse! "We didn't get the intel we wanted from her, but... I mean if she goes home, Ricky should sing."

Ebreus waits several moments until he is reasonably certan that he could wisper to Otto without Tina overhearing, "The objective is find the lair of the Mental Mice. Rick wanted her to be not-there before he told us anything." he whispers. He glances back to Tina as she is leaving then continues, "If we are to acheive the mission either she must be tailed or diverted to the Mall."

Zophah gets her moment she was waiting for. "I'm on it." She whispers to those next to her, using winged adept software to grow a pair of phoenix wings and turning invisible with Vanishing Nanomagic. She takes to the sky, pulling a pair of light intensification goggles from her bag and slipping them on over her eyes, to better keep track of the mouse as she would head home to the rest of the mental mice.

Arris sees the mouse beginning to move past the others peacefully. "Alright, looks like she's complying." Sie peers over the side of the building by the group, using tentacle nanomagic to extend tentacles from hir waist and back, before beginning to climb down from the buildings, slowly descending down the wall until sie reaches ground height.

Angus sticks his tongue out, and was already gone before Otto starts talking, Vanishing nanomagic is best friend at the moment as he takes after the Mental mouse. Flicking the safety on he grabs his gun in both hands as he works to keep up with her while she moves.

"Well, off we go then," Firecracker says with a shrug as she hops off Arris to take to the skies, following the giant mouse from above and looking out into the distance to spot where her path may take her.

Astara just lets her go, looking her right back in the eyes.

The mouse's ears twitch - some of you may be invisible, but she has other senses. A mild sigh of irritation leaves her lips as she lumbers out to the middle of the street, reaches down to grab a manhold cover, and hops down toward the sewer! Any doubts you might have had that she realized you were following her are destroyed by the sound of shearing metal, the cover hopelessly twisted and disfigured to the point that it creates an impassable barrier. There's no following her this way, not unless you're itty-bitty tiny and fit through the little cracks between cover and street!

*manhole

"Uh guys..." Otto grabs their attention for a moment. "Maaaaybe we shouldn't tempt fate and let her go? He ain't gonna tell us jack shit, she ain't gonna tell us jack shit, and we'll ruin Zephyr's relations with the Mall Rats. We aren't just gonna fail the mission, we'll actually set things BACK and make everything WORSE!" he crosses his arms and tsks "Think before you act.

I mean do you really want to piss her off? Do you realize what will happen if she comes back to the mall angry and tells on us to Ricky? He ain't gonna tell us jack shit, she ain't gonna tell us jack shit, and we'll ruin Zephyr's relations with the Mall Rats. We aren't just gonna fail the mission, we'll actually set things BACK and make everything WORSE!" he crosses his arms and tsks "Think before you act. She caught us once, now she's on her own terrain. She probably knows those tunnels better than any of us and would give us the slip like *snap*."

Ebreus humms an inquisivite tone as he notices half the party isn't where they were moments ago. Then as he hears the sound of shearing metal he cringes. He replies to Otto, "I have an idea... might not work, probably won't backfire, and it the only way to complete the mission I can think of. We need to retrun to Ricky."
