Sensuen nods, reaches a hand back for a bow that isn't there, grabbing nothing, conveniently enough, Sen feels for her laser pistol, the safety is on for now as the hammer is cocked, opening the circuit so that current can't flow. It may not stay that way though. Sen also sees her metal kylie nestled in the handle of her bag, almost as good as a bow, so she did pack something useful in more than one way after all. The sea angel looks to the two Impala kids and thinks about making spears for them. Perhaps a spear for one and a magnifying glass for the other? Maybe if the sun wasn't clouded out. Sen then turns to Ebreus with a nod, readying what weapons she has. Depending on what's on that ship, those two youngsters may yet get something, perhaps for fun, perhaps for food, who can yet say until they know what's here?

Sen joins in on the conversation to whoever will listen with, "A houseboat might not be a bad idea, especially if you can pipe air in there, an underwater house would be cooler in the hotter months, it's just that here it might not be needed so much. Fishing's right outside though" but stops as soon as she hears Cameron calling out to the squid girls on the beach near the boat, now it's work time as they near the boat, though the squid ladies flee up and into the boat, it's been kept in great shape by someone. Maybe the mutants here aren't all ferals after all?

Once Cameron runs ahead, Otto takes his time wading through the waters behind her. His ears flit upwards once she addresses the squids in the distance, his hand moving atop her shoulder while his other primes one of his concealed blades. If those ferals wanted to cause trouble, they'd be enjoying themselves some calamari in no time. He breathes a soft sigh once the group disappears into the boat, his hand sliding off of her arm as well. "This is... odd?" he asks the group once all has been seen.

"This place looks way too well patched for it to be a feral den. Yet... to find folks who are capable of upkeeping this place on this island means we might not be fighting for salvage, but bargaining for it." His glance wanders to Sensuen and a nod of agreement follows. "Aye, that's a good wager there. I think..." he pauses and looks back over towards the vessel. "I'm gonna go in for a closer look. See what I can see. I'll meet up with you all once I find out something, well... if I find out something." he pats his comm unit, before stepping quickly towards the side of the boat less seen and unapproached by anyone.

The canine fails to latch onto the side of the hull, using what few imperfections and welds there were as hand and footholds proved futile, the smooth surface simply unfit for his fingers, so he resorts to making a huge leap upwards as he monkeys his way up and towards the main deck. There, he peers about, careful and perceptive, silent and ready, wondering what he'd find. Before long, he disappears from the others' field of view entirely, investigating as he said he would. Quietly he creeps towards the nearby door leading into the lower decks, dagger at the ready~

Ebreus points out the boat again to Uvi, "The spy drone is great but it's just over there. Can the spydrone find out how many more squid girls we haven't seen are around?" he asks trying to give Uvis drone which they seemed proud of something to do. Cracking a joint in his neck he then prepares to negotiate, or fight, as the situation called for while they aproach through the small waves, his plasma launcher ready. Seeing the squid flee he shakes his head lightly then as Otto says he's going to have a closer look he looks over to the coyote and says, "Alright... I guess I'll try talking to them. At least maybe get their attention so it ain't on you." He takes a deep breath as Otto continues forward and lets it out as a sigh before calling out once Otto's likely out of sight from an on the boat position, "Hey, we mean you no harm. Want to talk, maybe trade?" as he slowly takes a few more steps forward.

Cameron hopes are completely dashed of taking the boat home with her as she sees them trying to repair it. Was a huge shame, she was sort of hoping she might be able to keep the yacht, aw well. She then glanced up at the large coyote and nodded in agreement. "Yes it is quite strange." Her eyes glancing towards where the squids had been before scurrying away and at the spot they had been patching up. "Seems they aren't ferals...." She then glanced towards the others present. "Anyone recoqnize anything about the boat, the name or any of the colours she flies?" She then gave the boat a closer looking over now that she was much closer to it. Maybe she might recoqnize something.

The lamia girl blushes, embarrased. It must have been these compliments that distracted her so much that she didn't even notice the yacht. She scratches back of her head and giggles at her own giddiness. She nods to Ebreus and says, "Yea, I think I can do that. Just give me a second." She pushes some buttons on her comm device, sending new instructions to her spy drone. She turns to Cameron to address their question, "Uhm, do you really think it's colours or name are gonna matter, 10 years after P-Day?". She tilts her head, a bit confused, but then she focuses back on her comm unit.

Meanwhile Khaybat, Mia and Josh all follow after the others though when they come across other mutants standing around the bote too the trio stop and watch!

Once inside the cabin of the yacht, Otto comes across five naked squid girls, (three of which were most likely the ones from ouside) all huddled together in a corner. As Otto aproaches the one in front stands its ground, repeating "Back! Back!" as if to threaten him but holds no weapons. Elsewhere in the cabin looks like a mess, survival gear and supplies thrown everywhere as if someone was looking through all the cabinets. Against the far wall looks to be the body of a human man, motionless.

Sensuen follows along, though she thinks about asking Khaybat something, but decides against it for now. Sen walks around the boat, listening for signs of being quiet, but she can't hear anything except the waves. The sea angel looks around and reasons about where else they could have gone if they're to search a boat. Sen tries to climb up the side like Otto did, but she fares no better than he did. There has to be another way in there, maybe there is.

The canine blinks a few times, then tilts his head. These... were ferals? Were they? They could talk, they looked timid, but... had no weapons or even clothes. The man in the distance though, that was something hard to miss. Otto picks up his comm unit and radios his team. "They're defenseless, we have a potential corpse here, I am not touching that though, I need a medic in here ASAP!" he communicates to all of the entire group, before averting his attention back to the squid girls.

Tucking his blades back into his sleeves, Otto raises his hands and takes a step forward. "Relax..." He wasn't the best negotiator, but at least knew enough not to make things worse... right? "We won't harm you if you don't harm us. My buddy out there called to talk, you should go and see him, we come from the mainland. We can help you, and you can help us." he tries his best to keep a low tone and a neutral posture.

"Okay? We good?" he asks and stops but a few feet before them. His ears flit around from time to time, scanning for a potential ambush, his eyes meanwhile remain locked onto the girls, in case they did something... sudden...

Ebreus nods as he hears Otto radio for help, "I'm a negotiator not a medic. Any of you know how to patch people up?" he asks the others as he waits for somebody to respond, his hand held just ever so slightly closer to his plasma cannon. Ready in case it's a trap Ebreus takes another deep breath and a few steps forward, "Please, come out and talk we wont hurt you." he says calmly loud enough for his voice to carry out to them.

Cameron gives a small shrug at Uvi's question. "Never know. Could still be something useful perhaps. They could have been on the boat all this time." Though her ears perk up when she hears Otto on the radio and frowned almost immediately. "Dammit, guess they don't own the boat. I will go help the man, you all see to the squid girls." She then unslung her pack and began to get some of her medical supplies out of her pack as she quickly headed to the boat. White feathered wings appearing and letting her flap up onto the deck.

Wings quickly disappearing as she hurried inside to help Otto with the man. Her gaze giving the squids a wary look. "Just gonna give him some aid, okay?" Though she didn't really wait for a response before hurrying to check on him.

Uvi whines, "Awwwww, I don't like when things get complicated like that.. Salvage the boat, yeah.. Stupid Zephyr.." Via her comm unit, she orders her giant drone to relocate, in case the man needs to be transported to the hospital. "Evac is on the way, just in case." She flops on the ground and sighs.

Khaybat and her twins go searching for a way to get onto the boat meanwhile! It's kind of hard to help with a medical emergency if you don't have a way onto the place where it's happening after all.

The Squid girls calm down, the one in front pointing at Otto and saying "Zee?" They then get momentarily startled when Cameron ran past before turning back to him: "Is... from Zee?"

As for the body, Cameron can guarentee the man has been dead for over a week outside of a bubble. With the closer look, the man looks quite old, wearing worn and weathered clothing.

Sensuen walks around the boat, there has to be another way in this thing. She finds it in the back, it's a ladder, suprisingly well maintained by the looks of it, as is the rest of the yacht if a bit out of place due to the size. Sen checks the ladder by putting some of her weight on it and when it seems fine to scale, the sea angel starts climbing up. Finally a way inside. Now that she's in the yacht proper, the sea angel starts looking for where the goings on are. The sea angel walks into the cabin of the yacht and finally sees what everyone's doing in here by luck. For now, Sen just sits back and tries not to interfere, though these squid girls look like they might need some tools to help them out, but Sen doesn't know if they'd use them against her out of fear or not. Sen then sees Cameron checking the body lying on the floor. Sen tries to look for the man's breathing to confirm if he's still alive for herself though before coming to any conclusions.

"Thank you, Cammie." Otto nods and leaves her to her work. He then looks towards the squid girls. "I... no. I am with the Prometheans. Uh, but..." he shakes his head, words were hard, okay? "We want to..." take the boat? Really? He wasn't the person to tell these women he wanted to take their boat! He'd fuck it up! No, Otto. You're a soldier, not a negotiator. "Look... I um, there is someone out there, big fella, horns, looks canine-ish... go and talk to him about this, okay?" he asks as politely as possible, hoping that Ebreus manages to talk them out of that ship.

Ebreus, still waiting to see if any aquid will come and talk to him, holds position for a few moments before Sensuen makes their way in, "Hey, if you're headin' in I'd like to barrow some vision and hearing. Sense for myself what's going on." he says, tapping his temple to indicate his NICE unit. As Sen ducks under the first deck he reaches out to the Sea Angel with his nanomagic to see through her eyes and hear through her ears as he tries to gather an understanding of the current situation... just in time to hear Otto trying to negotiate. He deftly activates his Comm and prepares to start trying give useful advice to Otto via text on how to negotiate if they won't go with what he'd already said.

Cameron turned to Otto and gave her head a small shake. Her medical supplies getting stowed away as they were not needed in this case. She then gave him a quick glance over before pulling a sheet up over him. "Old age seems to be the cause. See no signs of any wounds or any discolouration or other abnormalities to idicate disease or toxins." Seeing the state of the cabin she finds it odd that it was trashed but yet there was still food about. Then out of curiousity she stepped away from the body and towards Otto as she asked the squid girls something. A finger pointing towards the man on the bed. "Is he your father? Your dad?" Just in case they didn't know the first word's meaning.

As the situation seems to be more or less under control, Uvi directs her spy drone to peek inside the boat, with intent to find any interestesting salvage, electronics or tools she could use in her research. She also makes sure to snatch a few photos of the naked squid girls, also for.. 'research'.. purposes.

Khaybat and her twins go up the ladder and onto the boat before heading towards the cabin. Upon arriving Joshua ends up nosebleeding almost immediately at seeing the condition of the squid girls while Mia blushes and tries to avert her own attention. Khaybat on the other hand moves towards them and tries to go all mommapala by opening her arms towards them. You don't need to be able to talk to be full of empathy!

One of the Squid girls was about to answer Cameron's question, but then they spotted Sensuen and were getting obviously horny seeing a sea angel. The one in front that was speaking was able to hold back the others by saying a quick "Shush!" She was answering slowly, holding back her own urge as well. "Found." she said, pointing around everywhere. "Found?" She then points to a set of wires snaking up from the engine compartment, leading up and out a window.

"I told you kids, I told you to behave." Otto growls and moves in to just sweep the two impalas off the ground and hoist them over each shoulder. Blood before duty. "Sorry Cammie, Sen... I trust you can handle this better than I anyway." Otto nods, before moving to exit the cabin. With a blast from his boot thrusters, he lands on the beach and sets the naughty impalas down. It was bad enough that they'd found a corpse in there, something that was not worth looking at even if it were covered by a sheet, but who knows what would happen next? If it's one thing Otto learned, it's to expect the unexpected, at all times, and in all places. He looks over towards the others and hooks a thumb over towards the boat. "Sensuen and Cammie might need help."

Sensuen feels weird as her senses seem to get fed to another, but she soon gets over it. When Cameron brings up the possibility of this appearantly dead man being the squid girls' father, it makes her think of her own family, including squid girl daughters. Sen doesn't know if these are any of them however, but they could be. She doesn't remember the dead guy though, but she can't get a close look to be sure. Sen hears the squidess's speak, however they seem to like like her, or at least they want to mate with her, which makes Sen blush a bit, somewhat flattered. But, screwing isn't on the menu as she asks, "Ok, so you found all of this stuff and the boat and the stuff to fix the boat? Fair enough, the sea floor here is probably littered with scrap metal.

Seeing the situation through the eyes of Sensuen and the Squid Girls seeming pretty non-hostile and Otto extracts himself and the younger of the impalas from the situation. With that he shakes his head and disconnects his senses from Sensuens. He procedes toward the boat as Otto says they'd probably need help and with a leap and the flapping of his wings the quickly boards the boat from the air. Setting his cannon down on deck and bristling his he prepares an alternate defense. Stepping below deck he smiles and tries to look non-threatening. "Hello." he says, "I am Ebreus. How are you?" He adresses the squid girls calmly.

Cameron held back a grin, maybe they didn't own the boat after all. She then gave a small sniff of the area. Wondering if they had been here while the old man was alive or after. If before they probably tried something kinky with the poor guy. She gives them a curious look. "You mean you found this boat and everything in it?" She then glanced behind her at the sight of the large demonic canine and then back to the squids. "We mean you no harm. We just want to talk and see if we might be able to retreive this boat. And give him a good resting place." A finger once more pointing towards the body.

Encouraged by Otto and by the amount of salvage inside the boat, the lamia scientist decides get there and see what she can find. She slithers close to the yacht and climbs onto the deck, using her long, strong tail as support. Uvi was intrigued by the wires that squid girl pointed at, so she decides to investigate. Obviously, she dosn't pass the opportunity to take a peek at naked girls through the window.

At the sight of Ebreus one of the Squid girls swoon, collapsing on the ground. The other squids catch her, and the one girl in front just tries to shuffle the group of them past Ebreus before you know what. With no words she gives a short bow with her sizable rack jiggling before they all make it outside, leaving the boat to the group of agents. Uvi, following the wires leads to the roof of the yacht, where a perfectly functioning solar panel sits plugged into the boat's power supply.

Sensuen thinks a bit as the squid girls head outside and moves to follow them almost instinctively, not looking for a fight or to screw them, but looking to make their living situation perhaps better than it is. Sen asks, from some distance away so as not to scare them. "Hi there. Do you need anything? I think I can make something to turn that sea water drinkable if you don't have anything already."

Otto would assist with that, if called for it, though otherwise he'd be giving the impalas a scolding and a few frowns for disobeying like that. He didn't want them to be put in any danger before they were ready to fend for themselves, and right now he was wondering if that day would ever come. They took after their parents alright. Curious, adventurous and rebellious. Other than that, hey! Mission accomplished, and only one cadaver to show for it. I'd call that a good day.

Ebreus raises an eyebrow as one of them feints but quickly recovers from the unexpected event. Never know when something about you is going to be some huge turn on for somebody else he guessed. With the squid out of the way he says, "Well... that whent better than I had expected." and procedes to search the boat eventually finding it got its electricity from the ton and beginning to strip the pannels from their mount on the boat, being a bit rusty with working with pannels happily accepting the help of Otto and Uvi to not break the pannels while salvaging.

Cameron gives everyone a curious grin as they set to work on the boat. She even speaks on the comms as well so everyone can hear she heads down to the engine room. "After we strip the boat, think I might be able to keep her?" Her tiny fingers just perfect for setting to work on the engine which likely didn't work at this point, but would still make for some good metal salvage. The cat curious about whether she might be able to get her own boat, even if she was entirely capable of flight or even diving deep into water without special equipment thanks to the nanites. She then frowns a moment and stops. With a small sigh she stopes her work.

She then heads back up to the cabin to the body. She then sets to work pulling him out of the boat so that she could at least bury him. Also seeing if he had a wallet somewhere so she had at least something to put on his cairn or tombstone or what ever marker she might be able to find for him.

The squid girls must have been a bit too far at that point, unable to hear Sensuen over the sound of waves. There aren't any more surprises, and with everyone's help the solar panel, electric system, the engine, and the survial gear gets packed up and ready to be brought back to Zephyr. A helicopter gets called in to airlift it all out, including the body of the man.
