Hell Raiser
The thing about a place of presumably eternal torment is, folks don't want to go there willingly. It takes a special kind of fiend to track down and drag back the wretched and horrid alike. The Hell Raisers are humanity's take on these fiends, a collective of warriors having committed fully to the Hellhounds' eternal hunt for the irredeemable, or merely eager souls willing to assist in such a strange endeavor.
This is a dedication-linked class. You can either dedicate to Hellhound or purchase the class for freecred at the dedication point to obtain it. Using Wasteland Warrior to dedicate to Hellhound for free will not grant the class.
