Accessing the Farm and Nuku Barn
You will need to go to the Mall and do both of Rod's quests (Tinkering in the Dark and Keep On Truckin') in order to access this location. Once done, go to the Zephyr headquarters and speak to Mike, then select "Farther Out", and choose "The Farm."
