Compact Shaft
Description	That's convenient - Your mighty meatsicle will never grow larger than a specific size, or at least it will never appear to do so. You can increase your size above that level, but it will not affect how large Captain Winky looks. The default size limit is 12, but you can use lset CockCap=# to set a custom value.
