This being is probably one of the strangest people you've come across lately. You could only describe him as a humanoid bug, humanoid in shape, size and intelligence, but appearing physically like a beetle.

His legs are made up of separate segments, similar to many types of insects and beetles. The bottom segment terminates in a claw-like foot, flattened and suitable for walking. His arms are identical to his legs, made up of multiple segments. Below the first set of arms lie another set, exactly the same as the set above. These pairs of arms end in sharp, thin claws, still quite similar to human hands. His chest is plated with thick carapace, marred only by symmetrical indentations which slightly divide up his chest. On the back of him sits a pair of thin, clear wings, protected by an emerald-tinted carapace. While you have not seen him fly, it must be an amazing sight. Sitting atop his short neck is an insectoid head, looking out into the world investigatively. Off to the sides of the long head lie his eyes, consisting of solid black spheres staring out unnervingly. Two furry antennae jut out from his head, swiveling and twitching constantly, taking in sounds and smells everywhere. Occupying his lower half of his head is a large, malicious-looking insectoid mouth. A large pair of mandibles make up the majority of his mouth, with tiny sets of mandibles complementing the eating abilities of the bigger set.

Sitting between Amuran's insectoid legs looks to be a plate of emerald-green chitin. While Amuran sounds quite male, you're unsure if he has a cock; or any genitalia, for that matter.

Amuran can be found in the Egypt Wing of the Museum (SP). To Encounter him the player must answer a riddle and open his coffin.

 I view the world in little space,
    Am always changing place;
 No food I eat, but by my power,
Procure what millions do devour.

The answer is (3) - Sun

After a short amount of time he will speak to the player and give him a quest. Amuran asks for two items. A winged orb found in the Park and a Jade scarab found in the Museum (SP) (missing lamp event).

When you return an item to him he will increase the players perception, intelligence, and charisma by 1

Finally, if you choose to assist him again, you will both head to the pit just north of the The Capitol Building

The player will need to fight an Ebonflame Dragator while Amuran completes his task.

On completion of the quest Amuran will become available for sex with the player. He is male and infectious with the Beetle infection. Amuran does not have a sex cooldown.
