The Size King perk allows your organs to grow beyond what's generally considered a 'safe' limit (see: Organ sizes). Applies to all primary and secondary sexual characteristics: breasts, vaginas, penises and testicles.
Costs 4 perk points at character generation or 40 XP thereafter.
