The Size King perk allows your organs to grow beyond what's generally considered a 'safe' limit. Applies to all primary and secondary sexual characteristics: breasts, vaginas, penises and testicles.
Costs 4 perk points at character generation or 40 XP thereafter.
Description
"What do you mean, 'enough'?! What kind of nonsense is that?! This perk allows your naughty parts to grow and grow and grow. The sky's the limit, maybe literally!"
