Description This perk allows those who have wings to actually be able to fly! Mechanical flight, jetpacks, gyrocopters, etc, can use this too, just be careful where you are RPing using such. (No, no magical floating about) Perhaps more importantly, anyone with this perk can use the Depart command from *anywhere* (as opposed to just the usual designated points) to reach the overworld. You're never stranded deep in enemy territory if you can fly away!
