| Description | This perk allows those who have wings to actually fly while in the bubble. No, no magical flight or floating. Notes: If you have no wings or are outside of the bubble, you cannot fly. Other examples of ways that this perk could work are extreme agility, great elusiveness, or superior speed. Which example works best will vary from character to character, and each should pick the explanation that fits best for them. Please use the Perk note system to denote which your character uses! |
