Appearance
Elaine Scott is the quartermaster of this camp, responsible for the regular and... more unusual supplies the soldiers need. She's an attractive woman in her thirties, about 4'9' or so in height, with short-cut black hair.

The player may speak with Major Padgett to allow female soldiers to breed with Tiny Tim. She will give birth to Adam if this happens.

As of yet Elaine is not infectious.
Notes
- The player may also use her talk menu to observe some soldiers getting ready to handle Tiny Tim. This lead to the player being presented with the options to watch or to step in, if the player steps in then they may train one of the soldiers with a dildo or if the player has a penis you can fuck him yourself.
