This page will hold some info on Dr. Matt, the human scientist trapped in the fallen city. He's holed up in his previous workplace, Trevor Labs and in contact with the military somehow, trying to work on a means to deal with the infection before the soldiers come charging into the transformation crisis zone. He is the source for content for the Main Storyline Quests Part 1 and Part 2, volunteering for Feats and a few other features. Sealed up in his environment suit, he's not going to get exposed just to have sex with the player, so too bad you lust-addled victim.
