This page will hold some info on Dr. Matt, the human scientist trapped in the fallen city. He's holed up in his previous workplace, [[Trevor Labs]] and in contact with the military somehow, trying to work on a means to deal with the infection before the soldiers come charging into the transformation crisis zone.
