			Crys' initial reaction to the outbreak was subdued, she wasn't as terrified as most, but at the same time she was absolutely disgusted by how quickly humans shed their humanity in mind along with their body, even those who had been inoculated against it where succumbing to base needs.

			She took work that her skill set fit best with, roaming the countryside on long scouting missions collecting biodata for Zephyr, giving her time alone in her thoughts. She volunteered for the longest missions that kept her solitary for as long as possible, just as to not have to face those around her in disgust at what they'd become.

			She remained human throughout, being meticulous about cleaning and making sure she wasn't accidentally infected. She did not have a problem with the changes people where going through but she wasn't looking for one more thing to have to deal with, like relearning balance, plus something about the idea just disturbed her.

			Some months later, in her rare interactions with people in Zephyr strangers actually began to pick up on something being severely wrong with Crystala. She spoke at length about how justified she felt slaughtering ferals and returning their souls to the cycle, which got under the skin of many within the lobby, but particularly a girl named [[User:Sorien\|Sorien]] who wore the form of a skunk with pride. She pushed Crys to the point that something -really- strange happened. Crys literally melted into shadows and disappeared from the room.

			This triggered something inside the skunk, who despite getting the willies from that strange departure was determined to find out what was wrong with Crystala. She dragged [[User:Taggart\|Taggart]] and [[User:Ferox\|Ferox]] and tracked Crystala into the mountains. They followed her into a Wyvern breeding cave up in the cliffs where they found a horrific sight. Carnage everywhere, Crys has systematically decapitated, and sliced apart nearly every beast, smashing eggs and newborns alike.

			They found Crystala in the back, fighting the remaining Wyvern mothers. They watched as her motions a blur, began to be obscured by that same strange shadow that had been seen in the lobby. Before long she was engulfed in shadow. [[User:Sorien\|Sorien]] at this point panicked, bolting forward and slamming into the changed Crystala, knocking her to the ground. The last mother Wyvern grabbed the prone Crys in it's jaws and began repeatedly slamming her into the wall and floor, until distracted by [[User:Ferox\|Ferox]] and [[User:Taggart\|Taggart]] it drops her to the ground where [[User:Sorien\|Sorien]] pulls her out of the cave. It became obvious pretty quickly that Crys was no longer in her human shape, and that -something- was possessing her. Tag and Fer subdue the last female, and then suddenly the cave lights up with strange green wisp-like flames, which destroy the remaining eggs and kill the last mother, before coalescing into a dark shadow. The creature taunts the three, playing games with each, trying to get them to give something in exchange for Crys. [[User:Taggart\|Taggart]] outright refuses, but the creature manages to trick [[User:Ferox\|Ferox]] to give up a part of her strength in exchange for Crys' freedom.

			Crys it turns out had been tricked by a nasty ancient spirit into giving herself up to it, pretending to be an avatar of her mother's patron goddess Devi. After months in the wild alone she had started to hear voices, and followed their source to a shrine in the middle of a large forest. She gave herself up, and it filled her using her as a vehicle to it's freedom, and carving out her soul in the process.

			When Crys first wakes up she is largely in shock at what happened, having few memories of her time while possessed, and quickly finds out what her new friends had done for her. The guilt she dealt with was tremendous as well as the trauma. Over time she recovers many of her memories during the time she wasn't herself, but they are not good memories. She remembers the images of violence, and the pleasure she felt committing the most vile of acts.

			Crys has been altered dramatically, stuck in a new form that no one's seen before, close to her images of the horrendous creatures from her own culture known as Raksasha with some assemblences of the Kitsune that the evil spirit appeared as in the cave, two images that most certainly disturbed her to her core. However the support of her friends, particularly that of [[User:Sorien\|Sorien]] helped her to adapt and accept what she had become.

			Crys quickly fell madly in love with the skunk who so bravely fought for her soul, and Crys gave herself entirely up to her future mate. Without Sorien's love she would never have had the strength to cast off her guilt, emotions and burden to become the person she is now. Ever since, she rarely spends time apart and is almost always seen at the skunk's side.

			The four are now trying to find a way to rebind or destroy the spirit that wrecked so much havok on Crystala, although [[User:Ferox\|Ferox]] herself has since gone missing and is suspected to be under it's thrall.

			More recently Crys and Sor returned to Crystala's hometown with a group of friends.
