==Appearance==
Tobias Black is an anthro doberman with a fairly muscular build. He wears a rugged pair of jeans and an open vest with lots of pockets. A pair of somewhat scratched dog tags hangs around his neck.

Tobias is accompanied by two anthro doberman, Dane and Cara.

==Events==
In Tobias's first event, he can randomly encountered by entering the [[Smith Haven Mall]] East Lot. The player can talk as much as they want, without any repercussions or changes in Tobias's future events.
