Who are the Mall Rats? What, really? We're just the coolest thing to happen to Fairhaven since PN day, that's all. We've got all the best toys, the latest gadgets, and of ''course'' we have the coolest clothes and the best sense of fashion.

<p>Where'd we come from? Well heck, we were always here; from day one, us rats were making the mall our home, and holding our turf against all the nasties trying to force us out. Hey, you don't seem half bad yourself, kid... you want to run with the Rats? Then come on over to Fairhaven's Mall. Head up to the roof and talk to Smiley. Just a word of warning though, being this awesome doesn't come cheap - be prepared to show some green if you want in.

===Intro===
Located in the northeast part of Fairhaven, in what used to be Chandler Hospital, the Survivalists have tried to keep as far away from the nanite-plagued disaster as they can. Until very recently, entry required killing and scalping dozens and dozens of ferals simply to prove you were trustworthy. The ever-pressing needs of capitalism have forced them to open their doors and at least (publicly) mellow a bit, and they will offer their alliance to any like-minded humans or non-threatening mutants.
<p>The recipes they offer are human solutions for human problems. While they eschew strange and unusual things like bending time and space, or plugging a machine straight into your own heart, they can still apply some old-world know-how (and high explosives) to get the job done.
