You can also set the names <code>@set me=Minion Name/(pack member):<name></code>.
*An example: <code>@set me=Minion Name/alphamale:Dalibora</code>

Additionally, the Pack Leader form can be customized. There are multiple forms, all of which support Arm Divider and Tail Divider, you can choose from by setting <code>@lset Pack Leader/shape=<option></code> with the following options:
*bovine -- The default form, and the one chosen if you do not make a valid selection. A Holstein cow, and an obvious favorite of its developer.
*feline -- A liontaur shape, taken primarily from the Lion Beast and Panther Taur patterns in the zoo.
*canine -- An Australian Cattle Dog, excellent at herding a large group at once.
*insect -- A wasp queen, possessing an extra set of arms and a wicked stinger.
*avian -- Odd one of the bunch, a Prairie Falcon. Lacks hands, but makes up with it by having wings and some nasty talons.
*aquatic -- Piranha, complete with strong legs and insane jaws.
*succubus -- A new addition made on Valentine's Day, 2013. Show the post-apocalypse a love that cracks like a whip!

On top of that, a Pack Leader can customize their form more carefully. This does require Nanite Fine Tuner and the Nanite Adept dedication at least. This requires locking, which is toggled on by using <code>@set me=custom/Pack Leader/lock:on</code>. This bypasses the local stat, loading your last Pack Leader form completely. You can turn it off by using <code>@code me=custom/Pack Leader/lock:</code>. Here are the steps to do this, using 'avian' and 'feline' forms:

#Start as anything not Pack Leader. Abuse your right to free <code>shift human</code> if you can.
#<code>@set me=custom/Pack Leader/shape:avian</code>
#<code>shift Pack Leader</code>
#<code>@set me=custom/Pack Leader/shape:feline</code>
#<code>shift ass=0</code> (or any other infection. Just anything not Pack Leader for a second)
#<code>shift ass=Pack Leader</code>
#Okay, so now you're a bird with a catbutt. Cool! There's a slight problem here, though. Next time you shift to Pack Leader form, you'll be all cat! That kind of defeats the purpose, so now let's just <code>@set me=custom/Pack Leader/lock:on</code>
#Let's put this to the test. Shift to any other form, now back to Pack Leader. See how the messages were way shorter? See how you're totally still a gryphon?
#Celebrate!

Additional Equipment
With the Pack Assigner, a Pack Leader can set the race AND descriptions of their pack instead of just the names! The syntax for the race is:

<code>@set me=Minion Race/<pack member>:awesome race</code>
*An example <code>@set me=Minion Race/betamale:Latex Fox</code> <br /> <br />

And for the description it is:<br />

<code>@set me=Minion Desc/<pack member>:<description></code>. <br />
*An example <code>@set me=Minion Desc/betafemale:A Fenrir Wolf with a set of teeth that go through anything, Elsa's only problem is that she doesn't know when to *stop* biting things!</code>

Thematic Information
A mighty leader, you control your underlings in such a way that you don't even have to speak, be they children, or servants you act as one, a pack. This gives you the ability to call up to four minions with you at any time and makes your team act as a pack far better than most. In addition gives you a couple of extra AI slots while the dedication is active to help manage your larger army.

Adren: Added explanation about the Web Crafting Interface

Crafting items is a reasonably complex system with many moving parts, so here's a guide to going about it!

<br>

The Basics - What you need to make items
Crafting uses several resources when making items. The most obvious is freecreds and salvage. You will also need builder nanites. Now, what's what and where do you lay your greedy little hands (or paws) on them?

*Freecred: Can be gained in multiple ways. RP, Social Actions, combat, quests, missions... you name it!
*Builder Nanites: This is a resource that is dropped from ferals you defeat in combat. You will (probably) need a collector or some way to increase your NaniteCollectRate to score vast amounts of it.
** Collectors: Two items spring to mind when increasing your NaniteCollectRate. The Improved Nanite Collector and Ultimate Nanite Collector. The Basic Nanite Collector does not increase this stat.
* Salvage: This is most likely the resource that will dictate how awesome an item you can make is. There are quite a few ways to gain salvage luckily!
**RPing near a salvage source is perhaps the easiest way to do so. They can be found all over the world. Try venturing outside of the Lobby once in awhile! Drag some friends along with you to a source and RP away!
**Mining an area, using either patrol points or builder nanites can be quite effective.
**Fighting difficult monsters have a higher chance of dropping alot of salvage
**Increase Profficiencies that increase your chance of finding salvage!
***Examples of what skills might do this is: Design, Installation, Survival, Computer and Research
*Schematics: You will need knowledge of how you actually make the thing you need to make! These are available in various shops, in the elite store, in the token store as well as a few from a quest or two.
*Skills: Lastly, you will also need the skills to make the items. These can be trained and improved on with perks as well.
<br>

Schematics: Items and Modifiers
There are two types of schematics. Items and modifiers. Let's have a look at what's what!

*Items: These are the actual items you want to make. Guns, armour, shields, grenades, clothes etc.
*Modifiers: These are ways to improve upon said items! Making them more deadly, smaller and in general more awesome.

What does this mean? Well, say you want to make a light melee weapon. Perhaps a dagger? To make it hit harder, tack on a nice modifier to that item, such as extra lethal!

<br>

Crafting
Lemme at it! I want to make something! Alright then! Simply type Craft to see exactly what you can make currently. This will list all the recipes you currently know.

An example of what it'll look like is this:

Known recipes: Automated Weapon, Light Melee
Known modifiers: Cheap, Improved, Extra Lethal

Now, to just make yourself a light melee without any extra flair, simply type:

make light melee

Next you'll see a prompt of how much of your precious salvage, freecred and builder nanites this will cost you, followed by what you want your item to be named as well as what it looks like.
*Keep in mind to try to adhere to the item type you make in your descriptions of things. A light melee is not a rifle or a zweihander!

And that's it! But.. it could do with being a little more deadly. Let's tack on Extra Lethal since we know that modifier! For that, type

make light melee=extra lethal

And that's it! You can add even more modifiers to things! I mean, that extra lethal melee weapon might be a little too pricy for you. Oh! But luckily, we know cheap as well! So..

make light melee=extra lethal,cheap

Ah, there we go! A cheap and deadly! Just like your mom!

You can also use the Web Crafting Interface to make much more easily. It also allows you to commission other crafters for a fee. While this allows you to access recipes and skill levels that you may not have, you also need to bring more salvages, Freecreds and builder nanites to fulfil the order. In extension, you can rent your skills as well by setting a tax percentage. That way, other players on the Web Crafting Interface will be able to see and use your skills and receipts for their own use.

Another advantage of the Web Crafting Interface is hat if you don't have the required salvage to build your new Portable Death Ray, it will offer you to buy them for a Freecred fee. Given you've got the bling, your Death Ray is as good as yours. Happy Crafting!

Improving on already made items<br>
Don't be afraid of making items for yourself as soon as you can. You can always improve upon them later once you level up your skills a bit or when you finally find that dropmod that you want to add!

You can also remove most modifiers from items if you want to remove one to add another more powerful modifier. (Some modifiers can never be removed, such as cheap)

But how do you add more modifiers to an already made item? Well, keep on reading! You'll need either a craftmod or a dropmod to do so!

<br>

Craftmods and Dropmods
There are two different (yet similar..) ways to add modifiers to an already made item. Let's start with the one that's easiest to get and make.

Craftmods
A craftmod is simply a modifier made by another crafter, using their skills. You can then use this item to add the modifier onto an item.

Say you still have that extra lethal dagger we made earlier in the tutorial. It's good but you want to add the Improved modifier to it. But you don't have that modifer! And you certanly don't have the skill to add it yourself.

Asking around, you find a crafter who can make a craftmod for you. Actually making a craftmod is very simple. You do, however, need to be mindful of what level of craftmod you will need. Now, our dagger already has a modifier on it. So in this instance, we need atleast a level 2 craftmod. If we had 2 modifiers on it, we would need a level 3 craftmod. And so on.

If you want to make the craft mod yourself, here's the command

Craftmod <modifier>=<tier>

Hence, if you wish to craft a level 1 Insulating mod, type as follow

Craftmod Insulating=1

As stated previously, a craftmod adds modifier with the skills of the maker of the craftmod. This means you can actually make items that you perhaps don't have the skills for to make. The actual formula for how difficult items you can make is: (max(Item's crafting-level, your crafting level) + max(modifier's crafting-level, your crafting level)) / 2

The cost of adding a craftmod is modular. That is to say, you pay for what it would have cost you to have added the modifier when creating the item in the first place.

With our level 2 improved craftmod in hand, we simply use it and add it to our item and that's it! One light melee with extra lethal and improved! The ferals won't know what hit 'em!

Dropmods
Dropmods are basically craftmods except they have the DROPPED property (Hence why most call them dropmods). They come in a two different Tiers as well (Not to be confused with levels as in craftmods)

A dropmod usualy has significantly higher skills attributed to them then a craftmod. Infact, a dropmod can have skill levels of 100 or more, making them quite valuable. Most importantly, this allows us to add modifiers to item well beyond the skills of a crafter, enabling us to make 5-modded items or even 6-modded items.

They also come in different tiers. A Tier 1 dropmod simply has those higher skills to it's advantage. A Tier 2 dropmod however also conveys a 5% bonus, making items with a T2 dropmod even more effective. There are even T3 dropmods that convey a 10% bonus. You can even use two T2 dropmods on the same item for a higher bonus.

You can find dropmods most commonly from rewards. You can also actually buy these from the token or mako store. However, keep in mind, if you apply a purchased modifier, note that it will charge you the cost of a fully new item, not the modular cost. The game will notify you of this, though.

Recipes and Recipe Modifiers
See Recipes and Recipe Modifiers. Note that not all recipes and recipe modifiers listed are actually available in the game yet.

Newbie friendly items
Here are a few examples to make your life beating up ferals a bit easier. They arn't terribly costly (around 1-2 uncommon bits of salvage each) but as stated earlier, you can start with one or two of the modifiers and add more yourself as you become more of an expert crafter!

Heavy Melee=basic spread,extra lethal,miniaturized,heavy
Hard hitting, hits multiple targets as well!

Physical Armor=heavy,improved,miniaturized,overwhelming
More HP and a whole heap of PhysicalDamageResist. All around a good bit of armour!

Module=Cool,Heavy,Modular,Overwhelming
More Accuracy, Haste and Recharge for a very small loadout and upkeep.

 Craftmod <modifier>=<tier>

Module=Cool,Heavy,Modular,Overwhelming
More Accuracy, Haste and Recharge for a very small loadout and upkeep.

Adren: Added the Craftmod command

Crafting items is a reasonably complex system with many moving parts, so here's a guide to going about it!

<br>

<br>

<br>

<br>

And so on.

If you want to make the craft mod yourself, the command follows that pattern : Craftmod <modifier>=<tier> . Hence, if you wish to craft a level 1 Insulating mod, type as follow : Craftmod Insulating=1

However, keep in mind, if you apply a purchased modifier, note that it will charge you the cost of a fully new item, not the modular cost. The game will notify you of this, though.
His body is humanoid, perhaps leaning a little more to the canine side in general structure. He has 2 nipples. His arms are quite human-like, but end in paw-like hands. His legs are digitigrade and well muscled, terminating in dog-like paws. He has an expressive canine tail that frequently betrays his mood.

Adren: Update of the trading command.

Salvage is used in crafting, and can be obtained by defeating ferals, by completing certain missions, or by being rewarded by a player judge. It comes in five types (Mechanical, Electronic, Energy, Edible, and Chemical), each of which is available at four different rarity levels (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Elite).

The rarity of the salvage depends on the source:
*Defeated ferals yield common salvage
*Mission salvage rewards are uncommon.
*Rare salvage can come from player judge rewards.

All salvage is capable of being converted up to the next tier of rarity at differing costs:
*100 common to 1 uncommon
*25 uncommon to 1 rare
*10 rare to 1 elite
The command to do this is convert (amount) (rarity) (type) to (rarity). As an example, convert 600 common edible to uncommon. This works both ways.

Another wonderful way to get salvage is by RPing next to a salvage source. Up to two sources can be placed in a room, but must be of different types. For exmaple Edible Source and Chemical Source. The source can give out common, uncommon, and rare!

Two still other ways to get salvage is by Mining and Influence. Both require an area that has salvage already in it, such as Fairhaven Wastelands or Chemical Factory. Once you have found an area with the salvage you wish to acquire, you can either Mine to spend Builder Nanites to play a minigame to get salvage, or inf #spend (amount of influence) to add your name to the list of 'owners' of the area, getting a percentage of salvage gains from people fighting there passive!
*An example of using influence is, lets say there are three people already 'owning' the area. Each has 100 influence there, giving each a 33% chance to gain salvage whenever the RNG for fights indicates that one of the 'owning' players should get salvage. If you spend 100, then you get added to the list, gaining a 25% chance and lowering everyone else down to 25%. Similarly, if you spend 300, you get added to the list at 50%, because you have 50% of all the influence in this area, the remaining three getting set at 16%.

Salvage rates from combat, from RPing next to a source, and from Judge Rewards can be increased by training your crafting skills, effects from powers or distillations, and by your knowledge skills:
*Survival increases the rate of Edible salvage
*Installation increases the rate of Mechanical and Energy salvage
*Research increases the rate of Chemical salvage
*Computer increases the rate of Electronic salvage
*The Scavenger combat skill increases salvage odds.

Salvage can be traded between players using 'give <#> <rarity> <type> salvage to <name>', and is not limited to whole number amounts.
