Goals for Vampanda

1. D. A vague sense of 'evilness', or at least edgy darkness, extra points for juxtaposition with 1.C, but nothing explicit
1. E. Vampiric, nice pointy fangs(rather on the short side between vampire and snek) for suckin the blood, but, I have the sorta anime moe short fangs in mind
