When using powers, items, or much anything else that isn't specifically NoAoE, it will always hit two more targets than it normally would, assuming there's another target to hit. The power must be friendly, not NoAoE, and not direct healing. This stacks with the lesser version of this feat (and we suggest you get it first, it's a better bargain!) |
