Repeatedly defeating the Viking on the beach and having sex with her will eventually get her knocked up.
Her father will then appear and challenge you, in which you have 72 hours to find the event "Viking Challenge" or the viking enemy will be removed from the hunting area.
The viking has a HP of 270 and hits like a tank. Good luck.
