It seems in some places, such as [[Overkill]] and [[Nurturer]], the bot is using the same page for both the skill and the badge, or the class, or whatever. Maybe it could check the categories before it overwrites a badge with a skill or something. I dunno. [[User:Sarnak|Sarnak]] ([[User talk:Sarnak|talk]]) 16:46, 5 November 2018 (CST)

Due to mediawiki BS, you can not have a - as the first character in a parameter, or the whole string does not show up.. I request flexbot to be modified to prevent this.

Schematic vs Recipe edit-war

Take a look at Flexible edit history; FlexBot is edit-warring itself over whether "Flexible" should list the Recipe Modifier or the mako-item schematic. My recommendation is to rename the schematic to "Recipe: Flexible", and do likewise with any other similar instances. DeMatt (talk) 02:42, 22 April 2013 (UTC)

Use of {{}} in RPG logs

The characters {{}} are parsed by the wiki to call for a template. They need to be bookended by <nowiki></nowiki> in order to both appear properly and avoid erroneous template calls. Changes can be seen on here and here.

Overwrote correct information

This bot in-corrected some changes I'd made to Organ_Sizes_table#Main_Table when I found out that two monsters' cock sizes capped out lower than reported (I have both Singular and Hung Like A, so it should have gone to the max size). Unhulkingfigure (talk) 16:37, 15 November 2015 (CST)

  • I'm told that the Bot is pulling info directly from the game, so I'm going to leave that table alone, confirm that I've found a bug, and then report it. Unhulkingfigure (talk) 05:34, 17 November 2015 (CST)

Serenity

This bot auto-corrected changes I made to the page Serenity to make it about the character. I think it's obvious the page should about the NPC, so I would like if a solution could be found. Thank you. Hyliad (talk) 21:09, 28 April 2018 (CEST)

The issue keeps on happening. I'd rather not have to undo the bot's revisions all the time. Thank you. Hyliad (talk) 20:24, 4 May 2018 (CEST)
Fourth time it happens. Since nobody is doing anything I guessI'll just give up. Hyliad (talk) 01:36, 08 May 2018 (CEST)

FlexBot overwriting its own changes

It seems in some places, such as Overkill and Nurturer, the bot is using the same page for both the skill and the badge, or the class, or whatever. Maybe it could check the categories before it overwrites a badge with a skill or something. I dunno. Sarnak (talk) 16:46, 5 November 2018 (CST)

FWIW, the badge template supports a 'Name' parameter, so the page name doesn't have to match the name of the badge. Eg; the page could be called "Overkill (badge)", but using the 'Name=Overkill' would use that as the badge title instead of the page name.
I was intending to take a look at the other templates and update those too at some point, if that would be helpful. -- Inutt 18:21, 8 November 2018 (CST)
