Menaus is a young, excitable female who has very little memories of her past or what it was like "before". It's as if the world before this crisis had never even existed... (possibly because of the nanites?)
She is very intelligent and mature, yet has a very child-like attitude. This new world is just a playground to her.
After staying in the Scrublands to the north for a while, she finally decided it was time for her to explore her world.
Her curiousity overwhelming her, she heads south to the city to find work... Maybe Zephyr will hire her?
Her long term goal is unclear, she appears to want to learn about her past but THIS is her world and to her, it's completely normal. Currently all that she really wants are some friends and a job.
