Pets you summon are stronger through your leadership. Any positive status you apply to yourself will be reflected onto those under your control. This includes equipment as well. The statuses from actives will be modified to 40/80/120% of their original value; however, they will not stack with duplicate buffs. If two buffs of the same name are on the same target, only the higher of the two will take effect. The statuses from passive and toggles will be modified to 20/40/60% of its original value.

None of the following effects are transfered

Summon
Menace
Aggro
Charge
DamageImmunity
Cover
AoEmod
any status ending in Trigger
any status ending in Proc.

In prime fights, your pets count for significantly less (0.5 at 0, then 0.33, 0.25, and 0.2).
