The ritual site is the Strange Sanctum beneath Arborwatch Manor. Those who reach it may dedicate for 50 Mako.

Powers

Hellhounds can rip open small portals to Hell to scorch their foes with the flames of perdition with Hellfire and can take bites out of the souls of their enemies with Soul Burn to invigorate themselves.

Thematic Information

Mythical canines of folklore, the Hellhounds are often thought to be tasked with tracking down wayward souls and guiding them to the afterlife, along with other important, spiritual duties, such as guarding the gates to hell themselves. They are often associated with fire and brimstone, and, true to the legends, they have some command over the element.
