Hell Raiser

It's hard to say what makes hell so prone to mischevious trouble makers, rather than the more overt kind, but clearly, sometimes in spite of their mischief, they can have a heart of gold. They are, also, unfortunately not the best at soothing pains out there.

This is a dedication-linked class. You can either dedicate to Hellhound or purchase the class for freecred at the dedication point to obtain it. Using Wasteland Warrior to dedicate to Hellhound for free will not grant the class.
