After you as a male or herm character have an incubus child with Lilith there is a random chance that you can have sex with him.
Random chance of walking in on Lilith having sex with a feral gryphon. Random chance of walking in on Lilith having sex with a Golden Retriever Girl and given the choice to join in the fun.
