Reasoning: Power was last adjusted under the assumption that -1000 ATB was still instant, though it can swallow parts of a turn now. Since enhancing the status also hampers you with negative accuracy, as well as taking time in a fight, stronger upsides were needed to make it worthwhile."

Reasoning: The power was underwhelming in practice before, and this change makes it work more toward the strengths of its class. Also adjusted Midnight Slash. 800 -> 400 charge, removed Taunt status. Reasoning: Lower charge makes it a more competitive alternative to other Big Hit powers, and the Taunt status was interfering negatively with Taunting Strikes on other classes."

Reasoning: The knockdown was extraneous and only applied on the first hit, and this makes it more comparable to other Minor AoE repeating powers like Crash and Burn with different upsides/downsides."

Threatening Bite's energy cost 18 -> 12, which is more in line with similarly damaging powers (while accounting for its high accuracy and aggro draw). On All Fours has received the largest revision. It is now a toggle that increases status resistance, damage output, and gives per-round self-heal and vampiric in exchange for a stacking self-applied Psychic DoT the longer it is active. For those curious, disabling the toggle immediately removes all of its effects, including the Psychic DoT."

Alms Wide Open has been buffed: Large AoE -> Nuke AoE to apply to a full party, HealGain 2 -> 5, CredBonus 2 -> 2.5, Salvage 2 -> 2.5. Foxy Subterfuge did not suit the class and would often not work correctly, so it was replaced with Aim True, a toggle AoE NotUser buff that grants 5 Accuracy, 5 PowerAmpPierce, and a defensetrigger to the party. Split the Arrow has been left unchanged. Lincoln Green has been revised, now granting the LockedON binary and 15 PowerAmpPierce at the expense of the Exposed binary."

Reasoning: Anarchist slightly underperformed for a DoT DPS class, and this helps cover for that. 2) Replaced the posthumous 'Last Bullet' power with 'Improvised Explosives'. Reasoning: Last Bullet, while conceptually unique, was somewhat of a disappointment for a 4th class ability, so it was replaced by a large AoE, big-risk-big-reward power that better reflects the class's theme of chaos."

Reasoning: Thematically, it makes sense for Berserker to grow more powerful the more hurt it is, more so than most other classes. Mechanically, Taunting Strikes was more often a hindrance than a help due to overriding other tanks' TS 2-3 damage reduction."

If you are set to receive help, so long as you are outside of combat, you can still be affected, but, when in combat, you cannot unless they are in your party."

Curious side effect, this means sub-taunters are actually HELPING the primary taunter, since it will remain on the higher taunter while still delivering the taunt status for potentially longer."

Instead of 5 rounds of 5 damage from Toxic upgrades, it's now 5 rounds of 3 damage. Stygian has received a nerf as well, reducing its active enemy damage from 5 to 3 and its duration from 6 to 4. Since it adds Status Duration, after all. For now, that is all. We're trying our best to ensure balance, and we hope this isn't too damning. That is all, for now."
