Zephyr: Their technology is advanced, but for some reason they can't even find a way to keep their own lobby clean from sexual fluids. Oh, and they like money.
RSX: Used to treat them as her family. She never really identified with their ideas, finding them too xenophobic and militaristic, but it's hard to deny that they've done a lot of good things recently.
Prometheans: Sometimes they feel like a bunch of hippies, but they have good and noble intentions. They've done more good than all other factions and they are probably the only real long-term solution.
Survivalists: Just look at them. Poor souls, most of them barely scrape by. They can be safely ignored.
Mall Rats: They could shower more often. She appreciates their technical aptitude, but at the same she doubts they'll ever be able to achieve something with their temporal tech.
Skunks: They are nice and clever girls, unless you happen to be a skunk beast.
