• Private Garden: Nearby Zephyr in the safe zone is a private garden, but it is open to the public for a small fee. Inside there is a small pond with a waterfall, a giant bird feeder, flowers as far as the eye can see, a garden, and some stables. This private garden seems to have qualities that attract ferals that can't be found anywhere else and since its private they probably aren't listed on the terminal!
