Description A little help to get broken things not so broken. Simply, it increases your effective skills by 5 when repairing a broken object (see help precious). In RP, it helps conduct repairs but does not make them cheaper in supplies. If the item is simple in nature (say a flat tire, but not the engine of a car) and you have the supplies, it will handle it provided supplies, quickly and well.
