Description	This... thing is an abomination. It's also grade A mad sciencery. It's worn like a full body suit, with attachments that fit onto weapons, a fully integrated HUD, everything. While worn, it runs off the wearer's own bodyheat and motion. Elegant, sleek, expensive as all hell. So what does it do? It increases the AoE rating of just about everything the wearer does by 1.
